I had a Zombie as my first drink, and it is very well presented and STRONG! I prefer,my first drink at an establishment to be strong cause then I can lighten it up later. Then I had a Rum Barrel, not as strong, but well presented and delicious! Note: Prices for drinks are worth every dime! They have a small food menu, but everything on the menu looked delicious, but I did not eat there. This speakeasy is attached to a British pub which I went for food after. (Review to come) All-in-all great spot to come and have a drink you are well treated, appreciated and just a fun experience! As the water park's first full-service bar, the laid-back vibes of Hang Ten Tiki Bar offer an all-new wave of refreshment to guests with hand-crafted signature cocktails, fan-favorite local brews, and a regional and international rum selection! Hang Ten Tiki Bar offers the Hang 10 Daquiri, Surfin' Strawberry Margarita, Beach Bum Mojito, Mahalo Mule, 2 types of Frozen cocktails, non-alcoholic frozen drinks, more than 20 international and local Florida-distilled Rums, a Surf-themed rum flight, a surf themed beer flight, Tiki soft pretzels, empanadas, and local gulf smoked fish dip with a pineapple relish. It would be nice managment added a pain killer and a mud slide. Pricing is pretty reasonable. If management could add some tacos or more food options, that would be great too! Overall, while there are some areas that could be improved upon, I am very happy that the Hang Ten tiki bar was added to Adventure Island and highly recommend that you visit if you're at the Adventure Island Water Park! Now for the service, we were greeted by a sign that said seat yourself, it was rather busy, so we decided to sit at the bar. We saw five bartenders, some of whom saw us sit down and get done with the menu, but they seemed more dedicated to their phones than their jobs. I had to get their attention. Five of them and not a single one seemed to care initially. Moving on, the place is right on a lake and if they actually put effort in and promoted it, this could be a spot. In it's current state it needs serious help and some better quality drinks and servers. The entire place is so well decorated and if you look around there's tons of fun details and decor. The menu is made up of a map and they provide everyone with their own personal flashlight to see it. When you order certain drinks, it triggers various special effects. At times, it felt like an adult rainforest cafe with changing sounds and lights. Our server went above and beyond to make our experience great, going all out with his special effects and overall sassiness. You get a two hour allotment and our server did a great job of updating us of how much time we had left. We will definitely be back!
