You can make an appointment straight on the app. The office usually calls on the same day soon after the appointment is made to confirm everything. They're always super quick at getting me in too. On top of that, everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the doctor, is very nice and courteous. The only downside is they're not very consistent with the appointment time. Expect to get a different time when you receive an email reminder, then a completely different time (15-30mins different) from the call reminder. I just go with the original appointment time lol. Hopefully I won't need to see a doctor anytime soon again, but if I do, I'll be sure to come back here.

I went to this doctor for high blood pressure and Todd recommended pain killers for that, the front desk has a angry fat person attitude and the doctor just doesn't care. Only thing he cares about is getting paid off those scripts he writes just to get told you have to pay $50 to piss in a cup, somehow some way it's the new law that has always been that way.
