Believe the other reviewers telling you the same. I brought in several pieces of jewelry for repair along with tipping Sash, expecting professional, long-lasting work based on the reviews. Unfortunately, within approximately two months, ALL OF MY JEWLERY BROKE/FELL APART. I was SO disappointed because the purpose of having jewelry repaired is to ensure that it is fixed properly and lasts. The quality of the workmanship is EXTREMELY POOR. He then proceeds to blame his poor workmanship on your jewlery (similar to what others said here). That was NOT the case. My pieces are all genuine and well-made. I've had pieces repaired decades ago that have never split open like this. In my opinion, Sash came across as VERY misleading. He talks and distracts you with conversation. He spoke about family and friends, who seem to be the ones receiving the highest level of care (and the ones writing the good reviews), while new customers receive poor service. He also intentionally adds on additional charges without confirming with the customer, that was fine with me, but at least provide the service you charged for. I am posting this review so that other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money here. If you are looking for reliable jewelry repairs, I would recommend considering the other jewelry repair businesses on the same floor. I went to another guy and he did a fantastic job. I regret spending so much money and hope this review helps other potential customers avoid a similar experience.

I called them the second I got it they said it was shipped out in a perfect condition, so many lies. Their ring is so cheaply made and that is why the price is affordable, please spend the money elsewhere. I did the installments with this company and had paid $1000 to have them start the process faster. Little did I know, the custom made ring was received in no condition to what I asked for, ring came with dent and unpolished, made in platinum! See photos. Ring was sent back 1 week later for them to inspect and repair on 10/29. With over 1 months communications, they somehow just do not want to send my ring back when I told them since you cannot do a new setting then return the ring back! I had to ask so many times to ask for updates. I had left a review and wow they asked me to remove the ring, meanwhile still did not want to send back the ring. I had to tell them that if they do not send back the ring I will be filing complaints. The person is so insist that the review is so important to them and keep harassing me and still without sending my ring. I had enough I told them I gave two solutions, one is to refund partially for the setting you had done wrong and I will remove the review, second is send back the ring and the review stay. The person had promised with 300 refund, so I said I will remove the review once I received the ring and refund as you promised. And I obviously did not receive the 300, funny why am i stupid to believe. The ring I received today 12/3 was just purposely damaged. See photos. I just cannot justify enough whether you are a family business or not, this is a wrong way to treat a customer, especially you are at fault at every steps. I still currently pay for the installments as I will be still doing so because I still need to pay the portion for the center stone. I'm going to through my credit card company to have refund to what I had already paid which is the partial refund they should refund me for me to make a new setting at a different jeweler which will cost another 1200-2000. If you had not purposely damaging the ring itself and send back the original ring, you will not be seeing this review here, but you did and you know you did.
