He recommended beautiful bronze tacks -- and we followed his recommendation. Thank goodness. My husband picked up the chairs this morning and brought them home. After about 10 minutes I recieved a quote with a shedule offering. Right away I could tell he knew what he was doing and felt confident in his workmanship. I took it down the next week and it was done in 1 day. Dropped it off at 8:30 am and it was ready at 3:30 pm. Amazing...it looks and feels good as new...maybe even better. I moved into this house in early October and the last owners had some strong stains on this light carpeting, and I tried several carpet stain removers to remove then, and nothing worked. Bob and his assistant not only removed those stains but he also repaired a section of the carpet where the last owners dog, ate through the carpet! Bob is a genius when it comes to knowing how to properly clean carpets. He's also a lovely, friendly man, of integrity. I can't recommend him enough. He has the very expensive equipment and the knowledge and the expertise to clean and remove stains from your carpets and have them looking like new.
