After Jeanette inserting the needle in my 9 yr olds arm and she could not get the vine she kept putting it in and out and in and out which causing pain and bursing and I told her to remove it before it turns into a big burise. Instead of having good customer service and trying to reassure my child and I she gives me an attitude and asked me if I have any medical background which I do but why would that be your response my minor child's life is in your hands and this is the way you talk and reac. absolutely mind blowing! This assistant is obviously in the wrong field

My name is Mariah. I applied for a job vacancy at your facility on July 14th between 10pm to 11pm…read more I received a notification via Indeed for a remote interview scheduled July 15th at 10 am eastern by Lyle Day. Due to the less than 12 hours notice I accommodated my schedule for this said interview. I researched the mission and values and presented myself on time except the interviewer never arrived. When Lyle messaged me via Indeed there was a message stating "Love to speak with on the phone" verbatim. I wasn't provided a response why the interview didn't happen. I called the business line on the 15th as well and didn't hear anything back. I also messaged Lyle via Indeed during the time slot of the interview. I wasn't allowed to compete for the position and my credentials were more than what the job posting required. I'm a human being!!! I deserved the professional courtesy of a reason for the short notice interview and why it never occurred.

I don't like the dentist... usually. All that is changing. Cape Vista is phenomenal on so many…read morelevels! * Easy to schedule without waiting 4 months * They answer the phone! Hence being able to schedule * They don't hard sell things like electric toothbrushes (No, I don't want your $200 toothbrush, Precision Smiles!) * They don't charge for services that weren't actually performed (I'm looking at you, Aspen Dental ) * They work with your insurance to ensure appointments and services are covered * I actually feel comfortable and at ease with the deep cleanings and dental work that used to terrify me. For the first time in a long time, I didn't have a panic attack and start crying before a procedure. So that was awesome! Due in large part to Dorothy, the best hygienist I've ever been too! She's not only gentle, but so forth coming and honest with what's going on and what's needed. Thankfully, she can also carry a conversation alone! Lol! My dentist was awesome too, but I can't quite recall her name... maybe Dr. Sun? Most comfortable I've ever been during a filling! Feels weird that I'm actually looking forward to going back for my next checkup, lol!

I deliberately sought out this practice specifically to continue care with my former dentist, Dr…read more Tubio, whom I have trusted for years and is truly the best dentist I've ever had. I was not looking for a new dental office or a new provider. I was trying to maintain continuity of care with a clinician I already knew and valued. I am deeply disappointed that I am no longer able to continue care with her because of the way this clinic operates. The online intake process required completion of multiple mandatory questions that were not related to dental care or medical history. These included requests for my social media handle (with the stated purpose of tagging patients online), questions about hobbies and personal life experiences, and whether I wanted the office to pray for me. These questions were not *optional* and had to be completed in order to proceed. In my view, this type of intake process is inappropriate for a healthcare setting. Requiring patients to provide social media information for public tagging and including religious or prayer-based questions as mandatory intake items crosses professional boundaries and raises serious concerns regarding patient privacy, consent, and professional neutrality in a healthcare environment. Patients should not be required to provide personal, social, or religious information unrelated to their care in order to access dental treatment. Because of this experience, I chose not to proceed with care and canceled my appointment. Intake practices of this nature may warrant review by appropriate oversight or professional regulatory bodies to ensure they align with expected standards of patient privacy and healthcare professionalism. Based on this experience alone, I would encourage other patients to carefully consider whether this practice's approach to intake, privacy, and boundaries aligns with their expectations before scheduling.
