First of all, I never write reviews. But I had to write this one. Seidner's Collision Center (SCC) was one of five collision centers recommended by my Insurance Company. I landed with SCC for a couple of reasons, 1 - certification in Mazda repair, 2 - and probably more importantly, outstanding customer care. Jeovani provided outstanding service - before my car arrived at the Center, during the assessment of my car's damage, and even after the close of the case (i.e., my car was deemed a total loss). I have rarely experienced such excellent all-around professionalism and integrity from a busy company! Seidner's Review ratings are for real! Here are some specifics of my summary: 1) While the time-frame for receiving my car at the Center was 9 days out, Jeovani sought an exception from his Manager to get my car in the same day - to avoid multiple towing transfers; 2) I showed up at the Center without an appointment, and Jeovani made time to see me and explain the entire process; 3) Jeovani kept me informed during the entire assessment process - even after my car would ultimately not be repaired after all. Hopefully I will never have a collision again and need repair, but if I ever do - there will be no second guessing where I take my car! read more

Brought my car to this place because of the high rating. Yes, they have great services in both customer service and quality of work. Lee was impressive and know his stuff - my favorite guy. Rocky did a great job as well. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. I gave it a soft 5 stars because when I picked up my car, I discovered these tiny dots close by the painted area. I went to Seidner's today for my 11:30am appointment for an appraisal/estimate for my Prius and thanks to Jerry Mata, I am now equipped with a bunch of super useful and helpful advice that I would not have known if I was speaking to someone else that didn't care or would have wanted to just take the money. Jerry Mata was the opposite and he gave me advice on my insurance plan/deductible choices and what would help me out in the long run and also gave me advice to save me from being ripped off or potentially unnecessarily losing a bunch of money. Jerry's advice and insight/recommendations were much appreciated and extremely useful and all of it is really going to help me out. I called at the recommendation of Toyota Glendora because I was involved in an accident yesterday and I need to get repairs done. I called to make an appointment for an estimate, but the woman who answered the phone refused me an appointment because I told her I have insurance, but the guy that hit me would be the one paying (his insurance). She told me I cannot get a quote unless I pay out of pocket, and not through insurance. I told her I am trying to find a reputable place for repairs to my new 4Runner, I don't care if I have to pay out of pocket so long as the repairs are done to my satisfaction. She still refused to make an appointment. I asked to speak to the manager, she said "he isn't in". I went in circles with her, eventually hanging up, without an appointment. Got into a fender bender and came to Seidner's as recommended by a colleague. I dropped my car off and was told that it would be ready June 22 but it was finished even earlier than promised. The process was quick and easy and Rocky made communication so simple. He called every time there was an update with the insurance or progress on the car. I probably should have written this a long time ago. But I don't recommend this shop. They did a good job with the repair work but their credit card system was down the day I was supposed to pick up my car so I couldn't pay my deductible. They also wouldn't accept another form of payment like a check. To make matters worse they wouldn't admit that their system was down. They argued with me saying there was a problem with my credit card. But there wasn't. That same day I went to lunch and paid with that same credit card without a hitch. I had to wait two more days to pick up my car. If you want good service don't come here. read more

This review is long overdue since its necessary that I share this with my fellow yelpers. I'm not a fan of getting involved in accidents or in my case, a hit and run. My car was damaged and the only place I knew where to go so I can get amazing service was Seidner's in Alhambra. It's been 5 years and the last time I was here, they took great care of me and my car. I called and spoke with Liz to set up an appointment. She was professional and friendly, which I appreciate since I was dreading this whole process of getting my car fixed. She set me up with Rocky Vu to assess the damages to my car. Rocky was able to give me an accurate timeline of my car getting fixed and even worked together with my insurance company to provide me with the best care. It saved me so much time and he kept me updated the whole time with the process of my car. Upon receiving it, it looked better than brand new. I had gotten into a car accident back in late November where a truck hit my driver side doors. I went here to get my car repair because they have taken care of my mom's car years ago. Enrique helped me understand the process and gave me an estimate of when I can get my car back. I really wasn't excepting to get it soon just because I know I brought in my car the week before thanksgiving and because of COVID. I was able to get my car back a day earlier than excepted and I was very excited to get her back. My insurance paid for the repairs and I only needed to pay for my deductible. I do want to say that the staff is friendly and patient. I can tell that they really do value their customers and it shows. Couldn't avoid a bumper on freeway. They did a hell of a job making sure to take things apart and update me and my insurance on everything. There was some minor scratches insurance did not cover but Rocky is going to have his guys do their best to buff them out as a courtesy that is greatly appreciated. Had my car moved here for insurance evaluation after someone failed to steal the vehicle and tore up the steering. Adding insult to injury, my vehicle was then robbed and vandalized in Seidners yard. My 2012 Honda Civic was in an accident that messed up my bumper, cracked and dented multiple parts inside of the bumper, destroyed my fog light, dented my fender and scraped my headlight. Jeovani was the one who did my estimate for the damage and did an absolutely amazing job at keeping me in touch with any new updates on the car as it was being fixed! The technicians did a great job with replacing my L headlight , L fender + liner, bumper and fog light (along with much more). They also buffed out my R fog light to match the new installed L one !! They did an amazing job and it was covered under my insurance, only had to pay the deductible. I also spoke to Rocky, the manager, who really worked with me to get things done ! *** SUPER, VERY, SATISFIED!!! *** I always believe in "A picture speaks a thousand words. "- look at the before and after pictures and you will know what I mean! My car was parked on the street in LA and the back bumper got hit-and-ran by another car. Luckily, the witness placed a note with the full license# of the ran-away car. Police report and insurance claim were filed. My insurance company referred me to Seidner's Collision Center in Alhambra. The staff at Seidner's provided me with excellent customer service-from front desk Linda, manager Rocky Vu, to Guest Service Rep Jerry Mata, everyone is so friendly and informative. I dropped my car off on Saturday and got the car back on the following Wednesday (minus the weekend). I will have to say that was pretty fast. I received constant status updates on the repairs from Jerry. The paint job is exceptional!!!! Everything was back to the original condition(The pearl white is not an easy color to match, and they obviously did an awesome job). My car was involved in a hit and run while it was parked in front of my apt. Seidner took care of having my car fixed. The staff was WONDERFUL and assuring. New original parts for my car and it was repaired and ready sooner than estimated and they also made sure it was cleaned up (washed) which was a HUGE plus! They also kept in touch with me via text with each step of the repair up until the time it was ready for me to pick it up. I love these people!! :) (BTW, I originally took it to the Alhambra Center because it was not far from where I live, but they suggested it be towed to the Rosemead Center which was a lot larger and could probably get my car back to me sooner). Seidner's Collision Center truly went above and beyond in repairing my car. If you're paying out of pocket, it could get a bit pricey, but the comprehensiveness and customer service far justifies the price. Long story short, my driver's side mirror got destroyed while my car was parked. Thankfully, the driver responsible left a note and told me to contact her so her insurance company can take care of the damages. I was referred to Seidner's by her insurance company. It was a very efficient process, because Seidner's reported everything to the insurance company themselves, and all I had to do was bring the car in. Anna was very understanding of my time constraints despite the busy holiday season and helped schedule me to have the car estimated as soon as possible. Jerry helped me out in estimating the damages and repairs, and you can tell he is experienced in his work. The process took less than 10 minutes, and he was able to thoroughly explain to me the procedure and repairs to be done. I thought it was just a simple replacement of the mirror but he went above and beyond by restoring the damages that resulted from the mirror falling down and scratching my door and fender as well. For perfectionists out there, this is the place to go! To make sure the paint matched the rest of my car, surrounding areas of the repair was also painted over. This "blends" the new paint with the old, to the point where you can't tell there was a repair at all! Honestly, I think my car came back looking better than it did before the damage. On top of all this, everything was done in a very efficient manner. Despite the holiday season (my car was in the shop from 12/26 - 12/29), my car was back and ready in approximately half the estimated time! The restoration was topped off by a very thorough car wash. I couldn't be more satisfied. It means all the more to me, as this specific car is not just an appliance, but holds sentimental value to me. Getting into a car accident is stressful enough as it is, so dealing with the after math you want to hope it comes stress free. At Seidner's collision center they made the process of getting my car fixed wonderful and stress free. I had the pleasure to have Lee dealing with the repairs on my car and he did an amazing job. I came in to get the drivers side rear door fixed on my Nissan Sentra and they put in a completely new door. The paint matched my car perfectly that it looks completely brand new! If you look at my car now you would never be able to tell it was in an accident! Not only was the work that was done perfect but Lee made sure to update me as much as he could. He would call me with updates on the status of my car and the process. It took about a week and he was able to accommodate for my pick up time (which i needed a few hours earlier than anticipated). I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do not bring your car here. My insurance recommended this place for some work. I have had nothing but issues with my car since. Twice, Rocky the manager has lied to me! Twice I caught him in these lies and he had to change his tune. Do not trust him. Like me, you will regret it. Since my statements are being questioned I will list out the two times that Rocky the manager has lied to me. The first time Rocky lied, he told me that in order to remove my headlight he had to remove the entire front bumper. This was a lie. A simple google search shows that on my car, a headlight can be replaced easily by simply putting it in and then clipping it from the inside. No need to remove the front bumper. I wasted a lot of time, energy and money chasing down this lie because I initially believed him. Seidner's Collision just didn't want to take responsibility for the headlight that they installed, falling out. My insurance company forced them buy a new one to reinstall it. It was not something they did on their own accord. The second time Rocky the manger lied, he told my insurance company that he informed me that the opposite headlight did not operate. He never told me this. He said very little the second time he was forced to fix the errors his service department created. It was obvious that he just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. Looks like my car has never been hit. This is my 2nd time working with them and I have recommended them to anyone who asks.
