I was recommended to come here from the insurance agent after my hatchback was rear ended. Hands down, worst experience I've had dealing with auto repair. If i had known that i literally could take my car to ANY collision repair shop, I wouldn't have chose this place on my own. My car was estimated to be ready in about one week but it took over three weeks to repair. When i got my car back and was ready to drive away, the battery in my key fob died and i asked if i could have it replaced and the repair man said "it's not my fault, you gave me the key broken", that's quite an odd statement when all i asked was for a battery replacement. I gave my key fob to them and it was FINE. I probably should've taken a much closer work at their craftsmanship but when i was out and about loading groceries into my car i noticed the handle on my hatch door was flipped upside causing me to not properly get a grip to close the hatch. When i called and asked if they could help me pop it out and fix it (i tried to do it on my own and was unsuccessful) and they said no it was too easy and i could do it myself. *EYE ROLL* read more

I was recommended victor through my insurance agent, and I'm glad I was, my car looked as good as new. I had a dent in my bumper from a previous accident, and victor was able to fix that as well at an affordable price. Victor was very responsive, and answered all my questions in a timely matter. Only complaint (and it wasn't victors fault) was my car look longer than originally quoted, but that was bc my insurance company under quoted my accident cost, and he had to get the claim adjuster to come to his shop and requote and redo the paperwork. read more

I got hit and run and luckily I had "uninsurance motorist" coverage with a unluckily $3,500 Max coverage. Mercury sent me to this advanced body shop to do the estimate, it's easily proceed my Max and I am responsible for all exceed 3500. Victor told me don't worry, he said he will help me out. I left my car for total of 13 business days, The total cost is $4950, because both sides of fenders, the hoop cover, radiator rack, both sides of headlights and the bumper were all need to be either fixed or replaced new. A lot of works . When I took my car back, it's awesome and great works. Not only outsides, inside was cleaned. I was very Happy and appreciate all the great work and big help from this body shop, especially a nice guy Victor. Highly recommended. read more

Mercury Ins. recommended me to this shop which is closest to home. I had damage to my back passenger side door from another party. N I also had a dent to my driver side door on a separate occasion (my fault). Matthew, the estimator, provided me w estimates for both damages - one reported to ins. & the other was to be out-of-pocket. He gave me a nice deal for my out-of-pocket estimate. After about 8 business days without a car, I was anxious to see the work that was completed. Once I saw my car, I was left w my mouth open. It looked superb! Since I've been there (at least) three times for work on my car and they've always been really good, I thought it was time I should give them a review. My car is a 2000 Honda Insight with over 260K miles and still getting 65 mpg! They had no problems working with the aluminum body. The first time my car was damaged by a large truck changing lanes into me, Mercury Insurance sent me there. The car looked as good as new. The second time I was struck by a large barrel rolling down the freeway and again, Mercury Insurance sent me there. This most recent time, I side swiped my own car in a parking lot against the steel bumper of an enormous heavy duty pick up (which showed no signs of damage whatsoever). They fixed it and it looks as good as new! They said it would take more than a week so I dropped it off before a long vacation and picked it up after I came back so I wouldn't need a rental car. It was $650 to repair and I'm not sure if that is low or high, but for me, it was worth it. I hated seeing that enormous dent in my otherwise beautiful car! read more

We got three bids from different body shops. ABC was the lowest. The job was for our Honda Accord which had several dents and scratches in five areas. The estimate from ABC was significantly lower than our highest bid. Due to their commitment to quality, they requested a few more days to finish the work and offered to pay for a rental car for that time. When we went to pick up the Accord, a check was already prepared to reimburse us for the car rental. Our Accord looked like a brand new car. We were thrilled. Just days later, we sent in our other car which had two scratches on both side of the front panel. We sent it in on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. It was perfectly done. I want to encourage people who do their business with a sincere heart. ABC deserves my recommendation!! read more

I want to start by saying that Advanced Body Collision does amazing work. I got rear ended by a semi truck and the backside of my car was in bad shape as well as the trunk not being able to open. Victor and Jason are very professional and upfront from the start. I was updated very frequently with status updates as well as their day to day progress. The final result exceeded my expectation and my car even though it is an older model, almost feels brand new again. The damages were completely fixed and my car looked great after the detailing. Took my car in to Advanced Body Collision at the recommendation of my father who had had good experiences. All the parts were ordered and available before taking it in and my car was returned to me in half the time estimated. I was more than satisfied with the results. i chose this place based on jennifer's recommendation. i had to get my hood repainted from some water damage. it took them a little over a week to get it done. the people were very nice, even gave me a ride home when i dropped off the car. Overall the work was ok, when i picked up the car. it was in their garage. i checked it out and it looked good. when i took another look at home under the sun, the hood had a lot of swirly marks on it, (i don't think it should look like that if it was freshly painted.) but i didn't bother making it an issue because the car is a lease and the job was at least good enough to return to the dealership. The lawyer that I got for my accident recommended this place. The people seemed nice and understanding and willing to cut you a deal and they had some higher end cars being worked on so I went ahead with them. BIG MISTAKE!!! They said my car would be done in about 4 weeks to fix my rear end collision. It took them 2 and a half months to finally finish. I called every week and they said that my car would be done by the weekend so I drive back there from santa barbara (up there for college). Then when I show up he never remembers who I am even though I'm there every weekend. The owner always gave me some kind of excuse and delayed it week after week. Finally when I got my car back he was in a rush to get me the car and get me out of there. I notice that my rear window doesn't have tint, while I had all my windows tinted before I brought my car to them. I asked the guy and he said "Oh yea, we accidentally broke your window. We'll reimburse you for the tint" I just wanted to get my car back at that point. Came home and found that there was shards of glass all over the place. Small bits of glass got into the rear seat belt locking mechanisms and I had to vacuum it out since the seat belt wouldn't lock due to the glass inside it. Then my trunk latch wouldn't open. Brought the car back to them and they replaced the latch and said they were sorry for the glass. A week later one of my rear speakers went on and off here and there. I looked in the trunk at the speaker and the wires on the speaker was torn off and they tried to tie it back onto the speaker. Then I find a few interior trim pieces that weren't replaced. Went back again to have them to get me a new speaker and put the trim pieces back. Oh yea, I only get one year warranty for their work, guess they don't cover major repairs... Too bad because my rear bumper started to fade after one year and the lower half of my bumper is now faded white. And the paint started to chip here and there all over the rear of my car. Shoddy worksmanship and shady businessmen. Go there if you have a beater and don't care much for your car. read more
