It's tucked inside Pounders at the PCC Hukilau Marketplace. There's no indoor seating, but there are plenty of tables scattered around outside, which makes it a nice place to hang out. The first thing you'll notice is how massive the cookies are. They come in a variety of flavors like chocolate chip, white chocolate mac nut, and s'mores, but the real star of the show (and the reason I keep coming back) is the cookie skillet. I usually go for the keiki size, which is honestly perfect for sharing. The family size is huge! The skillet itself is incredible--warm, gooey cookie with just the right balance of sweetness and a hint of salt. It's topped with a generous scoop of ice cream and your choice of sauce drizzled over the top. My go-to is the brown butter fudge. It does take about 15 minutes to prepare, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Pro tip: order it first, then take a stroll around the marketplace while it bakes. Already looking forward to my next visit!

When in the need for something sweet, this is a great treat!" SERVICE: friendly INTERIOR: inside Pounders Restaurant EXTERIOR: located in the middle of The Polynesian Cultural Center WAIT TIME: 5-10 mins PARKING: plenty in lot OVERALL COMMENTS: wanted to try out all the cookies bc they looked so good! Was satisfied with our choices. For the sundae they heat up the chunky OG cookie n' I was pleasantly surprised how the ice cream didn't melt right away. Was excited for the pb caramel sauce that was ofc tasty. All cookies had a crisp-crunchy exterior n' were jumbo in size, which makes sense for the price. Took bites of everything then when we got home popped them in the microwave. Prefer them to be warm n' eaten with the chocolate a lil' melted, makes it even more better than at room temp. If I'm back in the area n' craving cookies, I would visit them again!

Once you get to the counter, you'll find an incredible selection of shaved ice and homemade ice cream, with endless combinations of flavors and toppings to create your perfect treat. Mixing your own flavors is half the fun, and everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and exactly what you want on a warm Maui afternoon. Beyond the amazing shaved ice and ice cream, what made this visit even more meaningful was seeing the energy returning to Lahaina. Every local business that's open represents another step in the community's recovery, and it's inspiring to see visitors and residents coming together to support them. If you're visiting Maui, make a point to stop by Island Cream Co.--you'll enjoy an incredible treat while also supporting the continued revitalization of one of Hawaii's most beloved towns. We'll definitely be back!

I love Dole Whip, but this place serves their own version called Pineapple Cream, and in my opinion, it's a million times better. They even have a poster in the shop comparing the ingredients, and let's just say they're not shy about pointing out what's in Dole Whip versus their own product. Their Pineapple Cream is made with simple ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the difference. They offer a variety of island inspired flavors, which made it tough to choose because everything sounded delicious. Unfortunately, we didn't discover this place until our last night in Maui. Otherwise, I have no doubt we would have come back multiple times during our trip. If you're a fan of pineapple ice cream, this is a must-visit. Seating was limited outdoors and inside was full. Wish they'd have more outdoor seating.

It's a small spot with a grab and go set up with maybe 2-4 tables on the ice cream side. You can enjoyyyyyyy your special tray outside as well as there are a few spots you can station on. We got the black Kona coffee ($5.29) : good coffee and pipiping hot Coconut Pineapple muffin ($3.99) love the texture of the coconut and the flavor of the pineapple. Perfect balance of sweet. Caramel MacNut sticky Bun ($5.99) perfect sweet bite with my black coffee. I appreciate the flavor but the MacNut flavor was subtle since I think it was alittle over powered by the caramel. Still a good soft chewy bun. Wish I tried the ice cream since I've read good reviews on it but will have to make my way back since it was too early for ice cream. Service was fast and everyone was very kind even with the long lines :)

That one was really too sweet for me No kidding the line does get extremely long but it does move......rather slowly. And it doesn't matter what time of day, there still is a long line. Aside from getting ice cream in a cone, waffle cone (in house made) or cup; you can also get it as a shake or Sunday. They also offer a limited amount of pasties: cookies, muffins, and cake. Personally I like the brownies. They serve coffee, ice or hot. I wonder how an affogato with ube hapia ice cream tastes like? Comment below if you've that combination before. Or any combination, I just want to know if people read this :p If you like the coffee enough, you can get a bag to go. Overall five stars. Because it's ice cream (maybe with coffee) ;p M
