The vibe at colors is very positive and their salon is recently redone and gorgeous. Ruby usually does my nails and is an amazing artist if you want them decorated. Eileen can make a masterpiece of your hair no matter what puzzle you present to her. Sarah does an incredible leg and foot massage with pedicure that will put you to sleep. After someone was finally available, they insisted I get the expensive package, which I get my toes done quite often so that was not necessary. I said no and that I wanted the basic and she kept trying to sell me the other packages. Insisted I go with gel too. Charged me an additional $5 to remove my nail polish. I asked her if she was going to remove the cuticles and she said I didn't need to, that there was none to remove. I said OK I'll do it when I get home. The color I wanted naturally was only available in gel so I chose a different one. She put so many thick layers on that they weren't even dry six hours later. She didn't paint the entire toenail either. The woman that did my nails did an OK job. Didn't file enough though and they weren't straight on the sides. Around my cuticles, the acrylic was too high and not shaped. 0/10 recommend. Absolutely will not go here again.

My sister called Saturday morning to set an appointment & we were told "you can just walk in"...... okay cool. We walk in, all the tables are full & I'd say there were about 10 ladies waiting. We check in on their iPad with no assistance. There are a million options that have no description of what even comes with the service so some guidance would've been nice. The lady at the front desk didn't smile at ALL. I asked "are you guys still doing the free pedicure with a full set?" & says: "No." Most people who know how to work a customer service position might say something like "oh, we actually don't have that special anymore but we do have ______". But just plain out "No." ??? After we struggling with picking the service we wanted, she told us to have a seat... I was wondering if she wanted me to sit on the floor because there was no seating. If the customer service was better, if the front desk was more polite, I really wouldn't have minded a little wait time. But with the attitude I was given on a Saturday morning after having a yummy breakfast & my iced coffee, it was disappointing to be given this bad taste in my mouth. We left immediately because it didn't really seem like she cared to have our business anyway. While I love getting pedicures, the part I dread the most is the callous scrub because of the uncomfortable almost painful sensation. This time, however, Dawn gave me the first EVER pedicure without the horrible ticklish feeling - amazing! When all was said and done, I wanted to do it all over again. Nancy took great care of my mom, who is a nice retired lady who enjoys working at the salon to keep her busy. My mom also enjoyed her experience. The environment is clean and calm with nice music in the background. We enjoyed it so much that we made an appointment for a future visit. Please note: While they may accept credit/debit cards, we were asked to pay with cash for a $120 bill. Since I didn't have enough with me, it was suggested that I go to the bank and come back and then pay. There was no indication cash is preferred. I didn't like that, especially since it was our first visit and we had made it clear it was. I'm sure it's related to what Visa/MC charges for its use. That said, I will bring cash next time.

We walked past a waiting room downstairs with cold water and hot tea, while she showed me to a very clean, large locker rooms with a steam room. I came ahead of time to change into slippers and gown, plus use those facilities. The spa rooms are upstairs where there is a balcony with gorgeous mountain desert views. My massage was serene with deep pressure as requested. I left totally rejuvenated and was extremely thankful to Mayra. I will be back without a doubt! Keep in mind that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays as their 'weekend.'

So on my left foot, the toe on the left side directly next to my big toe, had a cut and was irritated. I'm not going to lie. It's still healing and it's already been a week. My nails look really pretty but I think that lady was new and I also think I was overcharged because I paid $190. Normally I don't like to talk about other people's experiences, but they did my friends nails very odd, she was unhappy and told them so they just told her she could change it or take them off so she asked to take it off. She had to pay for her nails and also pay to take them off. For some reason they gave her a $20 off coupon for next time but that doesn't make sense if someone didn't have a good experience the first time why would they have to trust you a second time? So I'm not really sure what happened there with the communication. I have no malice towards anyone. I'm still really impressed with the person who did my nails, but the quality of their product is not good because my nails Art is chipping away since the second day I was there to get them done. Worth it? No unless you have an event and only need your nails to look good for the first day.

I should have timed my massage, it was 35mins included with the pedicure, they do get up a few times during it, which is understandable to grab more supplies.. but I think they should add on more on the timer for the time they have to grab stuff if "35 mins" is advertised. Regardless, still a great experience overall. My skin was amazingly soft after this. I will definitely be back.

The technician working on my nails was not focused on her work. She spent most of the appointment talking and joking instead of paying attention, which led to multiple issues. While applying the nails, they kept falling off because they were not being glued properly. I pointed this out several times, but my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. When she moved on to the design, the work became even worse. The nails were crooked, uneven, and messy. Eventually, another staff member had to step in and redo everything from scratch. This meant removing all the gel with a drill and starting over, which made the already long appointment even more frustrating. At the same time, I was also getting a pedicure, and that experience was just as bad. The technician did not understand what I was asking for. I repeatedly requested a simple French style, but she kept doing something completely different. I had to ask her two times to redo. It was clear there was a lack of communication. This is not my first time getting acrylics, so I know what to expect. A full set, even with a French design, should not take this long. At other salons, my nails usually last three to four weeks without any issues. Here, the quality was clearly not the same. When it came time to pay, I expressed that I did not feel the service deserved full price given everything that went wrong. Instead of acknowledging the situation, they only offered a 10% discount after I had to ask for it myself. The staff seemed annoyed that I even brought it up, and there was no real apology for the experience. Considering the time, the quality, and the inconvenience, I expected a much more reasonable adjustment. To make matters worse, only two days later, one of my nails has already fallen off with no effort. I got my nails done for an upcoming trip, and now I am leaving with broken nails, which is incredibly frustrating. The place had a lot of potential. They even offer two complimentary drinks, which initially made the experience feel more exciting. However, good perks do not make up for poor service, long wait times, and low-quality work. If the results had been better, I would have come back, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Overall, this is not a place I would trust if you are looking for quality work. I would not recommend this salon.
