And I had explained to her I wanted them to be slightly longer than my natural toenail. But then continues to just put acrylic on my natural nail and not with the plastic tips. Even though that's not what I wanted, but she continues putting that on instead of telling me later, that my toenails are "too short" and "too small" to have acrylic tips on them, and that if I don't come back in time they'll grow "fungus" under my nails. It was excuse after excuse. So at this point I'm getting charged 65$ for acrylic when it looks the same as gel. She then asks me if I want polish or gel for the tips, but that get is an extra 10$ on top of the 65$. So I end up getting regular white polish and they're rounded and just not what I asked for. Also she didn't clean or cut around my toes. Everything felt rushed and she didn't seem like she cared that I wasn't getting what I asked for.

She didn't paint the entire toenail either. The woman that did my nails did an OK job. Didn't file enough though and they weren't straight on the sides. Around my cuticles, the acrylic was too high and not shaped. 0/10 recommend. Absolutely will not go here again.

Every time I've come here, the service has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Lin is shockingly money-hungry and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. A nail broke just days after getting them done (because of how poorly they were applied), and when I called, she told me to "come in anytime." But when I did, she claimed it had been two weeks, accused me of lying, and tried to charge me $10 to fix it. She takes zero responsibility for their work. To make things worse, even if you make an appointment, you'll likely be stuck waiting 20-30 minutes before they even start. There's no respect for your time, either. She gaslights, deflects blame, and treats paying clients with no respect. I was even accused of stealing for not wanting to pay for their mistake. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be yelled at, blamed, and treated like an inconvenience. Unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

The technician doing my pedicure was noticeably rude and kept commenting that I wasn't "relaxed enough," which was frustrating given the environment. I was seated right next to someone having their nails filed, and the dust was blowing onto my area, including my purse and the coffee I brought in, I had to keep everything in my lap (I commented about the dust flying all over my things they did nothing to help the situation) They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and both felt hurried. Toward the end, one of my nails was uneven, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the response felt annoyed rather than accommodating. (They did not fix it properly just painted over the issue area.) The pedicure technician was apparently angry I asked the manicurist to fix my nails so she ripped my toe separators out as fast as she could and gave me a dismissive look, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant visit and uncomfortable I have never been treated so rudely during a nail service. I will not be returning to this establishment. That's a lot of money to spend to somebody treat you so rudely. I hope management takes steps to improve both the service quality and overall customer experience.
