My requests were not followed, and the bangs were uneven, with one side much shorter than the other. I had to come back for a correction. I don't feel it's fair to pay for a service when what I asked for was not executed properly. I was already nervous about the appointment, and this experience only added to that. The color I wanted naturally was only available in gel so I chose a different one. She put so many thick layers on that they weren't even dry six hours later. She didn't paint the entire toenail either. The woman that did my nails did an OK job. Didn't file enough though and they weren't straight on the sides. Around my cuticles, the acrylic was too high and not shaped. 0/10 recommend. Absolutely will not go here again.

I don't know her name but I plan on going in and telling her she hurt me . I said ouch when she hurt me. Well I ended up in urgent care 10 days later, with an infection called cellulitis. I had a shot in my behind and I'm on 7 days of antibiotics. I'm still soaking my toe in warm salt water to aid this infection. I've had many pedicures in the past. Every time I've come here, the service has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Lin is shockingly money-hungry and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. A nail broke just days after getting them done (because of how poorly they were applied), and when I called, she told me to "come in anytime." But when I did, she claimed it had been two weeks, accused me of lying, and tried to charge me $10 to fix it. She takes zero responsibility for their work. To make things worse, even if you make an appointment, you'll likely be stuck waiting 20-30 minutes before they even start. There's no respect for your time, either. She gaslights, deflects blame, and treats paying clients with no respect. I was even accused of stealing for not wanting to pay for their mistake. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be yelled at, blamed, and treated like an inconvenience. Unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
