This is what happened to me. My trade-in was immaculate and almost new. As well, I did my research before coming in after talking with them on the phone multiple times. Once in the dealership they referenced vehicles online that were of a lessor model and options and tried to use that as a justification for offering me $3,500 less than they had already offered. I was concerned about not going to a 'real' dealership initially and it seems my apprehensions were well founded. I returned to the reputable manufacturer dealership and conducted my business there as I should have in the first place. *Interestingly, while I was sitting waiting I overheard a conversation between one of the managers and one of the office staff where she was describing just having had a conversation on the phone with another dissatisfied customer who vocalized concerns over their ethical business practices. There are just TOO many dealerships in the KC area to have to be forced to deal with tactics like this...

As if the car listed on your site was not 950, or the next wasn't 1250. Prior too I called to ask about a separate vehicle I was going to buy from them and the salesman was condescending (frank Fernando) and was talking to me like I'm dumb. I asked what the deal was on pricing if that was down payment or total price as other dealersship do it interchangeably. He said "what's it matter you're buying it right?" we then went on to discuss ownership, carfax and service history and was abruptly cut short after I told him I am okay with the mileage so long as it's got a pretty good service history.his response was condescending saying- "want me to check the timing chain on it as well you're a Joke-get down here and buy this car ". Honest opinion is heard pretty good things about this ave but from what I've experienced from them before even being able to come and buy the vehicle I was inquiring about they treat you like shit and talk down on you. this can't a be a serious place they are a joke. Was going to buy a vehicle and pay more over the price so that the salesmen who helped me get the car would get good gross on the vehicle- however from one car salesman to another. You treat your potential customers like shit and that's not okay. Doesn't matter how long you've been in the industry- as a buy here pay here place you'd think you'd want to treat your customers just a bit better (dosent have to be perfect just better) what will they buy from gonna go their friends where they got the car from that builds references for you. You get that customer and you stay in business but when you treat all your customers like shit nobody's gonna wanna come back and buy from you.

So, it was under warrantyI took the car in, which they so-called fixed and said I was good to go. Two days later, my check engine light comes on, and my car is overheating. I turn my car off and waited til the morning to check on my car, because, the problem was supposedly fixed. I go to start it, and my car doesn't start. I had it towed back and these liars.... after a day and a half of it being fixed... had the audacity to lie and say the engine locked up and it's my fault because it was ooverheating. Now, if coolant was in the reservoir and in the radiator, why was my vehicle overheating, and why did they have to lie? Because they knew they covered up a head gasket problem, sold me a vehicle with a bad head gasket and trying to pin that on me because of their misdiagnosis. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE JANKY DEALERS!

He wasn't pushy, he was calm and personable. He also ensured that if there was anything we needed after purchase to reach out to him! We had a very minor incident where the plastic air dam started dragging, so we called Robert and he took care of us! Friendly faces and relaxed atmosphere! The only reason I reviewed it for a 4/5 was that the price for vehicle was just a tad higher than we think the car should have been listed for. Otherwise, good car in great condition, great service, and good experience.

This change was communicated at the last minute, after everything had already been agreed to and scheduled. If purchasing through a business disqualifies a warranty, that should be clearly disclosed up front, not once the buyer is literally preparing to leave. Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time due to poor communication and changing terms at the final moment.
