POSITIVES: Our home truly received a much needed facelift. We had the original windows that were installed when the home was built in the 1950's and WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE for the curbside appeal. not to mention the benefits that our heater and A/C have been reaping. We have noticed the Heater ( its still a bit chilly this time of year) has not kicked in nearly as often as it has in the passed. when it come to the quality of the windows, we do think they are beautiful and cost efficient for the home. the small team that came to install our windows were able to do 15 windows in 2 days. they were respectful to our property as well as our neighbors. they cleaned up all the mess associated with the window installation including helping us move the furniture back when the window was completed. NEGITIVE: we were told that a non homeowner could take out the loan for the Windows. Turns out, that was not correct information, at least for the senior program we applied for. So my credit did get ran a few times that was unnecessary. So after having the home owner ( my mother in law) and I apply for the loan together, we were told we were approved and they were coming out to measure the windows. they measured the windows and again assured us we were approved. a week later they call us and let us know we were not approved. for the full amount. but only half. i had to take out a second loan to pay for the remainder and re had to remove much need installation of insulation in the attic. this did result in getting less serviced but our payment we were quoted went up by $100 a month and the APR on the large loan was higher. over all we are in love with the windows, they are beautiful And, one of the loan is only 5 years and not 15 years sooo it all work out. and we are HAPPY! read more

After moving into our house we soon realized how important it was to update the windows for comfort of temperature inside but also to keep the house safe from mountain bugs and such. Many of our windows were missing screens or they were torn. So we didn't get to keep the windows open much. Plus being single pane they were not helping to keep the heat in or the harsh sun out. This huge window is the main focal point of the living room. But the light was so harsh and so hot, like melted crayons on the table hot. So when it came time to upgrade our window we were SO excited!! Our home looks 110% better. I can't believe just with the windows how much the air conditioner is not running consistently now. The new patio door is the best part, being very sturdy, heavy but easy to slide back and forth. The workers were professional and kind. They cleaned up absolutely everything no debris or stucco crumbs to go over including the inside of the window hedge. They showed up right on time, and did great work. Started at 8 and we're done by 12. The windows are beautiful, definitely help to reduced sounds from fire works and the neighbors' dogs round the clock barking. They also considerably keep down the heat which has been very important to us with the heat wave! Plus, the night lock feature lets us crack a window at night and still feel safe. I got my new windows because of the presentation that was well done. Now that there install the noise inside was reduce so so much. Plus in the main bedroom was also too cold or too hot.
