I called furious and demanded the manager to explain the situation for this. I was then informed that my order (which was placed a month ago) was never sent over to their manufacturer. I never got any call, never received any sort of heads up or anything. It became my responsibility to make sure their business was running properly. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any store. For $900, I would have expected a little courtesy from the store to keep me informed on my order. All they cared about was swiping my money. The Great Lakes Mall should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such criminals to rent a spot in their mall.

The owner is also a Kent State University alum (go Flashes!), so I kept the mailer, and finally took my rings in two days ago. The cost was so reasonable that I asked him to re-size three rings and repair a broken bracelet, and left the items with him. He called the following day to let me know the work was done, and that I could pick them up at my convenience. While-you-wait repairs are available, the owner will clean your jewelry at no cost, and he welcomed my dog (dog-friendly businesses have a special place in my heart). I took a few of his business cards to give to friends who've told me how much they paid for jewelry repairs, and how long they had to wait.
