My legs would go numb and if I didn't have something to grab onto, I would drop to the ground. I discussed the problem with my cardiologist on Dec 15, 2022. He recommended and referred me to Dr. Rajamand. On Dec 16th, Dr. Rajamand's office staff ordered an MRI for me. The MRI was conducted on that same day and I was seen by Dr. Rajamand on Jan 17, 2023. On Feb 8, 2023, Dr. Rajamand performed back surgery and released me to go home that same day. I did not require any pain medication immediately after nor since then. The only short restriction I had was to be careful not to reopen the incision. Two months later I remain completely pain free and with no restrictions. Dr. Rajamand told me before surgery that he could fix my problem and he did fix my problem. It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend Dr. Rajamand and his staff.

They claim they don't have a referral for me and refuse to make an appointment. I can SEE the referral was sent to them. So my personal information is sitting somewhere on someone's desk. I'm a snowbird. Leaving the state in April. If I can't be seen before then, I won't be back until January and will have to start the process all over again. So far, this is my experience. I had an appointment with him scheduled in a week, and he replied that we could discuss it then. No urgency, no help in the moment. In the meantime, I tried calling a pain management office within his own network (Carson Tahoe Health), hoping to bypass the referral. Unsurprisingly, they said no. I was in a lot of pain, frustrated, and feeling hopeless, until God sent me an angel. Someone told me about Dr. Nairzi and his walk-in urgent care orthopedic clinic in Reno (United Pain Urgent Care). I drove there, arriving at 5 PM. Within just over an hour, I was evaluated and treated with facet joint injections at C2-C3. For the first time in years, I was pain-free. I don't know yet if this will be a permanent fix, but the fact that I could walk in and be treated the same day with no referral was absolutely life changing. I now have a follow up appointment at his main clinic to explore longer term treatment options in case the injections wear off. This is how healthcare should work. Not delayed by bureaucracy or driven by profit, but centered on compassion, urgency, and the patient. God Bless Dr. Nairzi and his incredible staff for their vision, care, and for being the kind of doctor we so desperately need more of in this broken system.

I found Elemental via a FB group recommendation. The office got me in the same day I called them and I saw Cory. I was in good hands. Cory was professional, knowledgeable and a fantastic chiropractor. He spent an hour working on me, and gave me a good adjustment which helped some tightness relax.
