I have a limited size office space and found it annoying that my door was taking up almost 3ft of wall! So after some Googling I found a door that would solve my problem for my niche space. I recieved quotes from a handful of people, all of which were uncharging me for expensive custom door hinges or trying to offer alternatives which would not fit the space. When I sent the project request to Alfredo, we discussed the project in detail and, while he had never done this style of door before, assured me it would not be any more difficult than any of his other interior door projects. On top of that, after discovering that my current door was solid wood, he said we could simply reuse it and save me some money. He picked up my door, took it to his shop, and came back later that week to install it. I was fully prepared to do so if requested. I thought maybe he will ask to pay once he delivers the door. However, when I followed up a week later, I was told that the glass had not been ordered and that I should have explicitly placed the order or followed up multiple times.
