The woman from the phone started screaming at me like I was the last person on the world or she was my mom and I was her bad child. In addition, expect major increases while keeping your items there. They think that you are not going to move your stuff once you deposit them there because it is not very easy. they increased from $55 to $113 in one single year.

We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

Day of, there is some work to do. I was confirmed that morning of the move to be on location by a specific time. Well as I waited I was informed of logistical issues with the driver. Honestly, when dealing with people that are taking off work to be present during delivery, and the service they are paying for is late, it's such a frustrating situation. Nonetheless, this shifted everything about 40 minutes behind schedule and they still were able to complete the job. The guys were apologetic and I got my furniture. Would i come back for service? Yes. But likely leave more wiggle room for the time.

We had the best experience from our first call to Tim visiting our home for an extremely fair estimate and the cherry on top was the actual moving days. We were so lucky to have Donte and Ronnie pack up our house and then return to move our stuff 2.5 hours away. Not an item was dropped or broken or damaged! They were the best!!
