I placed my Condominium in the market Last Oct 2022. My realtor priced it $420k. But I hated the hassle of open house so I called sellers advantage. It is true they will buy your property ! Any condition , no hassle and no fees! But the draw back is you will end up losing a TON of money !!!! They offered me $325k . That was very LOW. I SOLD my condo after 3 weeks of placing it on the market. For $420k With realtor fees , selling cost and taxes I lost $10k compared selling to seller advantage and will lose $95k . Not worth it unless you like giving your money away. read more

I did everything required and told him I was in need of quote quickly because I was meeting with a realtor and I never got a response. WASTE OF TIME! AVOID! Sellers Advantage is not the "fast, and fair" operation they claim to be. TL:DR Sellers Advantage sent buyers to tour our house before finalizing an offer and rescinded their offer at the last moment over the property's layout - which was never mentioned as an issue. Full story: My wife contacted Sellers Advantage for a quote on an inherited property that was in a state of disrepair. It was made clear to Sellers Advantage that we understood the house was not in peak condition, and so we wanted to sell it "as is." Sellers Advantage sent a representative, Russell, to tour and inspect the house. The inspection went well, and despite the house's condition, Russell seemed interested in the property. Two days later, my wife received an offer from Seller's Advantage. And my wife accepted. *Note* At no point during this process did Sellers Advantage indicate the layout of the house was a problem. This will come up later. Things progressed to the point where Sellers Advantage wanted to send a contractor and design team to view the property. And this is also where things start going wrong. A representative (Troy) reached out to my wife at 7:50 AM on a Wednesday to ask if he could schedule a walk-through of the house with a Sellers Advantage contractor and design team. He asked if this could be done "today or tomorrow." My wife and I quickly juggled our schedules and managed to work out a meeting time with the Sellers Advantage team for noon that same day. We arrived at the property at 11:45 and were immediately approached by an unknown person in stained and torn clothes asking to view the house. There was no introduction or explanation of who this person was. We asked if he was associated with Sellers Advantage, and he said he wasn't, but he was an "investor" and interested in the house. Confused, we asked him to leave. Before the man drove away in his car, a second vehicle pulled up to the property. A couple exited and asked if they could view the house. At this point, we are incredibly confused and starting to get annoyed. It is roughly 11:55 AM, and the contractor and design team from Sellers Advantage are not present. But, wait! These two could be the design team! We asked the couple if they were with Sellers Advantage, and they said they weren't, but they gave their names. My wife called Troy with Sellers Advantage and asked if he knew either of these two people. He said he wasn't sure but thought the name of the woman was the same as one of the design team. Okay. Weird. But okay. So, maybe the design team is subcontracted out, and the Sellers Advantage reps don't know them personally? So, we let the couple into the house and let them walk around. They quickly start asking a lot of basic, non-design questions - things like: How old is the house? Has anyone died here? Does the roof leak? The four of us realize there has been a misunderstanding, and we ask again if they were designers sent to view the house. They said they were buyers who received notice that the property was available for sale. It is almost 12:20 PM at this point, and the contractor and design team from Sellers Advantage are still a no-show. So, we bid the couple goodbye and were left waiting for the Sellers Advantage people. 12:30 rolls around, and a contractor shows up. We ask this guy his name (Don) and if he is with Sellers Advantage. And he is! Yay! Finally! Don spends maybe 5 minutes in the house, then says he is all set and leaves. My wife calls Troy again to ask when the design team is coming, and he doesn't know; he said he would check with the person responsible for dispatching that team. Shortly after we left the property, Troy calls my wife and informs her that the layout is suddenly problematic. Sellers Advantage wanted to suddenly add a hallway to the house, but Don couldn't make the design work. So, after all that, Sellers Advantage pulled their offer. They are clown shoes. Beware this company may be a potential SCAM. At best, poor customer service and business practices. We received an offer from them on a property in Sun City and we accepted the offer and signed their offer letter. Days later the offer was withdrawn due to fine print in the contract. We were contacted by Tyson, who was dismissive, and admitted their staff made an error in their offer price. Rather than honor that original contract, Sellers Advantage cancelled the contract without offering any other solutions. We requested to speak to a supervisor, but were refused. All we wanted was for the company to honor their original contract offer. read more

For my experience I can't give 5 stars. First of all it's advertised as no agents involved, my first contact through seller advantage was a licensed agent, so I felt that was false advertisement. Secondly they advertise a 10k advance which can be a blessing in situations like these, but again what they don't tell you is when they assign the contract to another investor there is no 10k advance given. For me this was almost a deal breaker. They did eventually take the contract back and lay the advance but it was literally like pulling teeth to get it. Then they rushed me out of my home on Wed which I did, only for them to delay the closing for 2 additional days, which landed on a Fri, meaning proceeds were not received until Monday. For me this was far more stressful then selling it myself. read more

They sell you on the "get you as much as if you sold through a realtor". Reality, it was not even close to what I could get selling on the open market.
