Poor lighting somehow makes the place feel unsafe. But the customer service is great. The store prides itself for giving you what others can't. First store in the city to offer the Peach Ciroc. I knew places in Atlanta that didn't have the stuff. And Seminole had bottles sitting on the shelf. (Until I tweeted about it). I bet the clerk a bottle of wine the bottles of Ciroc would be gone in a night. I WON! (But that was also because it was the weekend before Miami vs FSU). I called Market Square and they said they couldn't get it until the big corporate company signed off on it and they have no estimate on how long it would take. (sounds like bs) If you want something - they will order it! And almost every comes in within 3 days and fairly priced. It biggest down is the size of the building and the parking lot. I always see near missed accidents. Never actually seen anyone's car hit. And I'll drink to that.

It's night and I'm a bit scared and I have no idea how long this storm is gonna take nor how to make my convertible top work again. The people of Lynn's Country Store -- including the staff and customers -- were SO KIND. They told me it's gonna be ok. They gave me various tips on getting the top up. Nothing worked. Grabbed a fresh pork tenderloin as well as both smoked and fresh sausage to try and was wowed by all. Inside you will smell delicious gluten free and preservative free sausage. People come from all over the country to visit this store and to try their famous tractor milled grits. We took home hot pepper sauces and several preserves . They were so friendly here from the guys in back serving sausage dogs and links to checkout. Walking around the store is nostalgic for old time items like RC cola and small games from the 60s. Out on the porch are 4 rocking chairs and by the lake are places to picnic which we did with my parents who said they felt they were on vacation since it was so peaceful. Today, we're working with a different sort of gas station - one that moves Marathon-brand gasoline and offers a broad spectrum of entry-level beverages, snacks, doodads, and sundries. There is a deli counter with trays under hot lamps - and the breakfast options looked ok. The clientele in the morning, from my recent visits at least, seems composed of the temporary residents of The Kearney Center. The front door serves as a milling-about point and the two dine-in tables seem frequently taken by long-term meal eaters. If you're running on fumes - by all means come on in and get gas. However, if you're able to push your car just a 1/2 mile or so, back to the gas station at Pensacola & White - you'd appreciate it.
