I discovered their beauty salon room and a computer lab at the lobby to play games. Finally found the laundry room in the 3rd floor but for some reason as soon as you get out of the elevator. It smell like dirty diapers! No Bueno! Somebody needs to fix that! It is okay to be poor but when you are stinky or dirty that needs to be corrected. The other floors did not have a foul odor in fact they smelled pretty good. I felt the door to the laundry room was really a heavy door. Other wise all washers and dryers worked well. My spirit mom actual studio had a lot to offer but no real kitchen. No stove! she has a frig and a sink but that is about it. Her bathroom shower had a phone in case she needs help. She was telling me that her senior living rent is really pricey but the staff seemed enthusiastic and attentive to her needs. So that made me feel better for her. She is not to hip on the menu as the food is not organic but my girlfriend is very particular with her well being especially her food. Easy parking and lots of room to roll around in the halls in the event you need (a) wheel(s) (chair) to get around. I also found that in the elevator they post daily activities schedule for the residents to have interaction and fun social events.

We were at first does not even want my uncle to go hospice thinking that's it.. were stopping all care, but they explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand and reassured our family and my aunty that she wouldn't be going through this alone. (there are many resources and other things involve and help and etc.) When my uncle was actively dying, they informed us right away and tell us what is going to happen next or what are some expectations making sure my aunty is comforted since most of us are not in the state. That meant so much to our family and brought us a lot of peace during such a hard time. The board and care staff were also amazing. They were very kind, respectful, and made sure our family had privacy while we spent time with my uncle and said our goodbyes. This is not an easy experience, but they handled everything with so much heart. We learned a lot what hospice offer.. It's not all about dying or losing hope or thinking you gave up on your love one.. it's more than that and I think people just need to be educated on that too. Thank you again.
