As a healthcare provider myself, im very keen to the healthcare facilities and how well they are maintained. Im sure, like many other inpatient facilities, one cant expect service right away once called upon. So i guess that would be my only real complain. Other than that, i truly believe my lola (means grandma in Filipino) is in good hands. This facility has a great schedule for activities to keep them active or something fun like getting her nails painted or coloring. I remember walking in on the patients in a circle and they were hitting an air ball around. It was just too cute! They even take out all the patients once a month or so to a restaurant just to change things up! They provide costumes for fun parties and Halloween. Its so nice! They also have board games and playing cards and i loved borrowing their cards to play Go Fish with my lola. I love my lola with all my heart and the last time i visited her, I was very pleased to learn how much the staff truly cares about her as well as the other patients. There are all those horror stories of other nursing homes that are just inhumane and cruel and breaks your heart to find out the mistreatment from a nurse. I can be rest assured of the high quality nursing care she receives here!

The house and interior seems newly renovated and well maintained. It is aesthetically pleasing with modern colors and decor. The rooms are personalized with each residents personal photos and memorabilia to make it their "home." What makes this place so wonderful is the caring/loving owner, manager and staff. Ruth the owner is very down to earth and has a very hands on approach involving resident care and safety. Most owners of these board and cares don't visit the place and just have someone manage it. Ruth is not so, I see her frequently at the house bringing goodies in for residents, checking in to ensure her staff are ok and any concerns are addressed. I work mostly with Kim (manager), Theresa and Courtney (care staff). Kim is sweet, caring, involved with patient care and safety and always there to support her staff. Despite of crazy days and chaos she encounters, she never brings it to work and always has a smile on her face. She goes above and beyond to ensure her residents are not just clients but family. She truly cares for her residents and that is the heart of this field. Theresa is always so gentle and patient with my little lady there. Courtney is fairly new to the house but she is also very sweet and friendly with the residents. This place has a lot of different activities to keep their residents entertained, minds active and improve quality of life. If you are looking for a place for your loved one and budget allows, I would highly recommend this place.

We are writing to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care she received at your facility in Fullerton. We would like to extend a huge thank you to Jay in Physical Therapy for his excellent attention to detail. His diligent tracking of the additional days required for her stay ensured she could safely transfer from her bed to a wheelchair with the assistance of only one CNA. When our mother arrived a month ago, she was unable to stand or walk, and her progress has been remarkable. We were also very impressed by the medical care meeting provided for our family. It was well-organized, with up-to-date lab work and clear documentation that allowed us to easily understand her medical progress. Additionally, social workers Elvie and Ana, along with Bianca, Alejandra, and Renee from administration, were outstanding resources. They kept our family consistently informed and made the discharge process seamless. Our special gratitude goes to the housekeeping team (Gloria and Julio), the CNAs (Mayra and Alma), and the nursing staff. They kept the facility immaculately clean and welcoming, while ensuring our mother was comfortable, cared for, and able to participate in daily activities. Finally, we want to thank the dining staff for providing nutritious, high-quality meals and for being so accommodating to her dietary preferences. St. Elizabeth felt like a safe, comfortable home away from home thanks to your friendly personnel.

In my 2 1/2 month stay at Terrace View I interacted with all the staff. From my personal experience they have been extremely helpful and encouraging for my recovery and eventually return home. I took the time to do a lot of walking around the facility and doing so talked to all the staff (nurses, nurse assistants, cooks, physical therapists, maintenance workers, cleaning crew, etc., and to a person they all loved their jobs and most importantly they truly cared for and loved the patient/residents. Most of the employees have been there for 15 + years. Many over 20 years. The facility is being cleaned on a daily basis. Floors buffed, rugs vacuumed and buffed, all patient rooms swept and mopped daily. Beds were made up cleaned where needed. Patients were given showers on a weekly schedule and the nursing assistants were caring, respectful and very patient. The facility just smelled clean every day. Overall the food great. You also had an alternative menu for other food choices. The dietician would work with you to get you the needed nutrition. The tilapia was exceptional. My favorite. Deserts were plentiful as well as ice cream and sherbert. My physical therapy was more than I expected. Paul, Jong, Hanna, were the best. I don't recall all their names, but to a person, they were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I can't thank them enough for their care and encouragement for me. There are some patients who are long term care. I think if I was in than medical condition, there is no better place to be. The care, respect, professionalism and love is the very best. This truly starts with the facility administrator (Brendon Dahl) whose leadership doesnt come any better. His professionalism and care is reflected in every employee. Terrace View is the very best.

Being my first time in treatment, I didn't know what to expect or what I had committed myself to but, Lighthouse was there for me every step of the way. From detox to completion of treatment, I received nothing but love, support and respect being as broken as I was. They treated me with compassion, understanding and operated within God's grace while taking care of me every step of the way. Through their help and programming, I was able to not just rehabilitate my health. They helped to rehabilitate my mind. They were able to do for me in 3 months what I was incapable of doing for myself. Because of Lighthouse, I have my life back. My marriage is back on track, my kids have their father back but most importantly I restored my relationship with God during my stay. I couldn't have done this without their help or support. I was failing on my own. Lighthouse made it so that I was able to focus on healing myself from the inside out. Thank you so much for church, gym, yoga, offsite meetings and all the extras like game night and movie night. It was the first time I had done (or was able to do) any of those things sober in YEARS. Thank you so much for the clinical groups, motivational speakers and panels. It opened my eyes to a difference in perspective and understanding when it came to addiction and how much people need to be loved. Truly humbling. A special thank you to Tyler and Teresa for doing such a great job at the facility. Between staff and taking a look around, it really does show how much they care about what they do. Thank you to everyone at intake, the front office and administration. With all your patience and calm demeanors, you make it look easy. Gary was an incredible physical therapist for my mom following her full hip replacement. He was…read moreextremely thorough during every session and always explained the "why" behind each exercise and approach, which helped build her confidence throughout recovery. Every movement and exercise was treated with great care and precision, and his knowledge really shows -- he was excellent at tailoring home exercises for my mom and her exact needs. He also played a huge role in helping my mom believe that recovery was possible with consistency and training. She was initially doubtful she'd ever return to her normal activities, but within just a couple of months she was moving comfortably again and even traveling with no issues. Gary was always patient, welcoming to any and all questions, and treated my mom with genuine care every step of the way. We're so grateful for his expertise and support!!

From the very first visit, I could tell they understand (and cared) about all things movement. The staff is patient, polite and gentle in a way that made a very big difference for me when I started my recovery journey. Their guidance felt honest--there was zero pressure. I've been through a few physical therapy and rehab centers, and what gets me is how super frustrating it can be to relearn things that once felt automatic. The team here met me exactly where I was at, which meant more to me than I can put into words--especially during a pretty tough recovery. For me it was worth booking a handful of sessions to take advantage of the discounts. Overall, I'm grateful for the treament I've received. Highly recommend if you're looking for physical therapy that feels both personal and is effective.

I am just over 8 months sober, employed and in the best spiritual, mental, and physical health of my life. Not only that I have more hope, confidence in my capabilities, and optimism for what life holds by continuing what this program has taught me. This program provides you with everything you need to rebuild yourself to be successful and sober for the rest of your life. The program understands that sobriety should be fun so all enjoy access to 2 fitness areas, huge pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, bowling alley, library, movie room, giant day room with awesome couches to watch the main big screen, pool tables, ping pong, Xbox, PlayStation, Wii and other handhelds, snack shack with dining tables area for late night cravings, beautiful dining hall with coffee, meals and snacks provided throughout the day (we eat good here!). Having skin in the game and working throughout my stay has prepped me for my current job and I couldn't be more grateful. The facility is clean and open, air-conditioned and maintained daily. All have a room with with roommate size ranging from 1 to 4. Tons of space in each room and you have your own locker with lock that provides your stuff with security. Because of this, my parents were able to learn more about my addictions to drugs and alcohol as well as their literal addiction to wanting to help me. They learned what the difference between helping and enabling meant. Through individual, group and family therapy I was able to work on the various underlying traumas and codependency issues. One of the biggest things I learned here was the true meaning of integrity, which I make sure I integrate into my life everyday. My family and I will be forever grateful for this place!

I had only been to a treatment center once before in 2019 for only one month, thinking that would do it, but I wasn't even introduced to the 12 steps, which have become transformative for me now with my sponsor who is an alumni of TLC. I stayed at TLC for 9 months and learned a lot. The most impactful aspect of the center for me was the weekly family nights, where I got to finally address issues with my family that barely went addressed before. Siamak was very knowledgeable about the disease of addiction and was culturally attuned especially to the Persian culture, where addiction and mental health can often be stigmatized. The staff was friendly and effective from the counselors to Siamak's family who were involved in the program with their unique offerings. I'll never forget this place and the people I crossed paths with here.
