went to t-mobile to have my sprint phone updated with the new sim card and they tell me my battery is starting to swell and that I need a new phone due to t-mobile refusing to change out the battery,talk about a total scam and ripoff. anyway, a friend at work told me to find a repair shop and see if they could fix the phone, I ended up on yelp and got a list of shops,Senor iPhone was right down the street from my place so I walked in at 10:30a and had my phone back by 1:30p, looking as good a new and with the battery replaced. the shop saved me having to buy a new phone for the price of the battery,which was $54.00 and they did it quickly. Why go anywhere else when the owner here is soo knowledgeable with the way things work with the phones. IPhone 12 Pro Max back side glass panel shattered, Fixed within the same day. The customer service is prime. There was delay with the work order but the owner made it up with just doing the screen Protector for my other phone as service. This is without me asking for it. Ok so I have an old iPod classic that just all of a sudden quit working. It would show everything but just not PLAY. Not many people wanna mess with this old stuff. I reached out via Yelp and Rami at Senor iPhone reached out by message. Told me to try updating it. I had plugged it in before but it acted like it couldn't read it. Well it responded! Really wished I could give this place a better review but unfortunately that's not possible. Cases and accessories were cute and fairly priced. Unfortunately the boy at the cash register was very unprofessional and rude to my boyfriend and I. Had an attitude when we handed over the phone that needed to be repaired and when we asked about pricing on cases and accessories. Felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store. UPDATE: First review I only put 2 stars but after talking to the manager and sorting things out, I decided to give them 4.
