Ok so I have an old iPod classic that just all of a sudden quit working. It would show everything but just not PLAY. Not many people wanna mess with this old stuff. I reached out via Yelp and Rami at Senor iPhone reached out by message. Told me to try updating it. I had plugged it in before but it acted like it couldn't read it. Well it responded! I had to take it to factory settings but then it updated and all the music reloaded and IT IS PLAYING!!! You guys are AMAZING! And they could have had me bring it in and charged me for this. Really wished I could give this place a better review but unfortunately that's not possible. Cases and accessories were cute and fairly priced. Unfortunately the boy at the cash register was very unprofessional and rude to my boyfriend and I. Had an attitude when we handed over the phone that needed to be repaired and when we asked about pricing on cases and accessories. Felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store. UPDATE: First review I only put 2 stars but after talking to the manager and sorting things out, I decided to give them 4. First took my iPhone to wireless toyz on Decatur and spring mountain to get unlocked. Man let me tell you how unprofessional they where. The said it should be done in a few hours or the next business day. The next day comes and they say the same thing smh. Mind you it's been 3 days now. I go to the store to get my iPhone and talk to them on to why they can't unlock it. They told me the phone isn't paid off and that it's black listed which it clearly isn't. This is a tough review to write because until yesterday, I trusted Gadgetmates--especially…read moreJonas--completely. I've recommended them, defended them, and even did so in-store less than 24 hours before this went sideways. Then it fell apart. I dropped off my laptop at 2:30 p.m. for what I was told was a simple job: remove a RAID controller, copy data, and install a second SSD. I was promised it was "easy," that data transfer was the only real step, and that I'd have it back by 2 p.m. the next day. I was signed up for text updates--none came. At 5:45 p.m. that same day, I called to check in. I was told the transfer was "60-70% done." Two other people heard that call. The next day was a string of delays, missed calls, and vague updates. By 4:30 p.m.--well past the promised deadline--I finally learned the truth: no data had been transferred, no work had been done, and the laptop hadn't even been turned on. (Alienware logs don't lie.) Then came the real problem: Jonas. Instead of owning the failure, he pivoted to condescension and denial--telling me I "don't understand RAID," insisting no one promised a next-day turnaround, claiming my SSD was defective (it isn't), and denying statements multiple people heard firsthand. In short, the story changed, the facts didn't, and I was treated like the problem. Meanwhile, I can't get anyone to tell me my data was safe; I was panicking as any normal person would. I have backups, scattered across several drives and will take days to recover to 90% of what was on the laptop. I got the laptop back around 5 p.m., untouched until 3:30 that afternoon--hours after I was told work was already mostly complete. How do I know this? Because every powerup, every keystroke is logged by the laptop's security system. See shots below: One can see exactly when it was plugged in. Mistakes happen. I can deal with delays and mistakes. We're all human. What I don't tolerate is being misled, talked down to, and effectively called a liar when there's clear evidence otherwise, indicating precisely who did what and when. Curious isn't it, how some business project their own failings onto others, rather than just honestly owning the problem and making it right? That's how I manage my clients, anyway. Explain the failure, offer a solution, make it right, and everybody stays friendly. I'd never consider insulting a client; it cost a lot to gain them, and it's easily 30X more costly to lose one. Clients share experiences. Here, and elsewhere. And people trust those shares of personal experiences. shared on review sites. As I'll do on every review site I can find after the insults tossed at me. What a shame; my most trusted go-to gone means now finding their replacement.

I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. And again they never showed up. Upon closer inspection I noticed the replacement screen they installed wasn't good quality, the camera cut outs weren't shaped correctly. Ended up going to Apple to have it fixed. Now I'm out $100 for this fumbled repair.

Came back the next day and put in an OEM screen, which we briefly thought was ok but definitely was not...still acted all squirrelly and basically became unusable. Took to the Apple store and they could not help, telling us our only option was to trade in for a new iPad. So, we basically paid this dude (drives a fancy Porsche) over $200 to make our iPad unusable, subsequently costing us an ADDITIONAL $500+ to replace it. To top it of, he ghosted us after we told him that the second screen also was not functioning correctly...didn't even respond to texts telling him it didn't work. Gotta luv it!

My husband busted some pixels in his screen on his Google Pixel 7 Pro phone and I messaged a few vendors looking for replacement. Andre's response was quick, detailed, but to the point. He was able to order parts, explained the difference between after market and OEM without selling it and have it repaired the next day within an hour as promised! Very friendly and welcoming, not scammy at all which is generally the vibe I get from cell phone repair folks. Would come back again for future repairs, but hopefully don't have to!

Update: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!! I've had my phone "fixed" twice by this company, once at each location. When I got my screen replaced at the Spring Mountain location it wasn't compatible and half my screen wouldn't respond to being tapped. A week later I see a LCD spot on my screen. I take it in they say they can't fix it under warranty because it's an LCD error and that's not coverable. 4 months later (this original post) my phone gets cracked at the club. I go to the Rainbow location to see if they do a better job. They get my phone and after 5 hours with no call or update, I just go to pick it up anyway. I get the phone it looks fine. A month and 2 days later, the ENTIRE screen detaches from my phone. Screen not cracked and LCD still in tact (still turns on and functions), I return to the Rainbow location to have them reattach the screen since they clearly did an awful job previously. I hand it to the guy and he starts to inspect the issue. While inspecting it he snaps the LCD strip and the whole screen detaches from base. It's goes completely black no LCD damage lines or anything. He then says because the LCD is damaged there's nothing he can do to fix it and it wouldn't be covered if it did. So after my best attempt in not cussing him out or beating him up I left. Long story short: They are highly unqualified to repair phones. They will attempt to fix your device then expect you to pay for their errors. This company isn't worth a quarter so don't waste $100+ on them. Just go to apple or a lil mall kiosk read more

I called all of the stores that fix phones in or close to my area , I was sure my phone had water damage but wanted to make sure it was not a battery issue before purchasing anything, every store said I would be charged an assessment first to discover the problem, when I called senor iPhone I was told they could check it out for me first no charge. Their kindness got me in the door however the service from there blew me away. Bringing in my iPhone they took a look and immediately could tell it was in fact water damage. In addition I would more then likely need the screen replaced , I also had a second phone that needed a new screen so they took care of both of the phones at a very generous price. Rami even added a brand new screen protector to both phones and one for the current phone I was using ! I was always skeptical repair stores as they always in the past seemed to be a scam and just trying to make as much money as they can, Senor iPhone changed my perspective on that as they did everything they could to not only do the job I asked but go above and beyond to make a satisfied guest and even suggested if interested to sell the phones online instead of to them to try and make the most amount of money for myself . 10000/10 recommend read more

I have been putting off fixing my broken screen for a while now just out of laziness and bad time management. But yesterday my phone started turning on and off by itself nonstop. This made it so I had no choice but to get it fixed. I was told about senior iPhone by a friend and was told it was the cheapest route compared to all the other competitors out there in the Las Vegas area. I am very happy to report that I dropped my phone off around 12 this afternoon and had it back by 4 that's because I could not make it in their until then but it was done at 2. My phone works amazing and I even got the screen fixed for a great deal! They have outstanding customer service and great affordable prices! Next time you have an issue with your phone before going to the apple store or your phone carrier I would definitely give this place a try! You will not be disappointed! read more

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I bought an iphone 11 at this store and I'm happy with my purchase. Rami (store owner) was very helpful and knowledgeable. As a customer, i would say that I have never experienced this kind of customer service in past. I expected an "Okay" treatment soon as I walked into the store but hey! It was unbelievably great! They gave me a really good deal on the phone plus a free case and a screen protector. im only giving a good rating because ive already given my bad one but i have yet more proof that my home button was working when i brought my phone to you guys. i used apple pay for a transaction the exact same day i brought my phone in to you guys despite you guys claiming i brought my phone in with a broken off button. If my button was broken when i brought it to you how could i have used it hours before bringing it in? i was told i brought my phone in bent as well but if my phone was bent and still fit in my case before i brought it to you and it no longer fits in my case now doesnt that mean you guys bent my phone even more? and no one addressed my missing screen protector. read more

Stopped by this week to get the back glass on an iPhone X repaired, and to fix a lightning port on an iPad Air 3 which had a cable stuck inside of the port, unfortunately. Repairs took about 2 hours only, came back to the iPhone and the back glass looked perfect, almost as it did when I first got the phone. The iPad port was replaced, and it charged amazingly, got a response the second the cable was inserted. The pricing for the repairs I received was great, got everything I expected, and didn't drop too much money. I would definitely use these guys again as they did an immaculate job. read more

Normally it takes me a while to find a reliable yet convenient place to do business - especially when it comes to transparency and quality but wow oh wow Senior iPhone. These guys replaced my iPhone 11 screen in under 20 minutes. They're super nice. No B.S. when aiding their clients.
