I'm also a huge fan of their Enchiladas Rojas! The Dillon bowl is also a regular staple of mine. It's a simple rice bowl with your choice of 2 perfectly seasoned/marinated meats. The servers here are always very polite and attentive. They put up with our antics weekly with a wry, empathetic smile (note the 32 oz. Modelo). The restaurant has seating to accommodate 20-25 people comfortably, which is needed for the daily lunch rush. Tacos La Tia has a blue collar feel yet their food is that of an upscale, high-end eatery. Every dish is packed full of flavor and the portions are just right! Tender steak, Cilantro and onion on double thick corn tortillas. A side of perfect beans and rice. Very good salsa roja and salsa verde served in the plastic squirt bottles. I almost used the entire bottle of salsa roja. The restaurant is a small, friendly, family ran operation. The clean interior is plain with café style booths and a few tables. Grab your favorite canned or bottled soda from the cooler. The food is served on foam plates with plastic tableware. The ambiance is afternoon day care. Several, 2- to 3-year-old, well behaved kids were under mom's watchful eye while she worked the front counter. They still made a lot of ear-splitting noise. The only disclaimer is that it states the offer is not valid after 3pm. I showed the manager that I was being overcharged and that the online price is supposed to be $8. The manager first tried to say it wasn't valid on the weekends. I pulled up the website on my phone to show it doesn't state that . Then the manager says it's normally $10 dollars before tax and that the $9 price I was charged reflected the discounted price. (This highlights that his original rebuttal was a lie) Again, I told him the advertised price is supposed to be $8. He then pulled up a physical menu and showed me the lunch specials and in pen, someone had wrote the # 9 next to it. I told him I ordered online, there was no physical menu for me to go off, I simply followed the online menu links, looked at the food and prices, and ordered based on what I thought would be value, ie a discounted "Lunch special". I asked for an extra salsa and was told it'd be $1.93 for one extra cup. Previously I'd never been charged, just had salsa given to me. I turned down paying for an extra salsa and instead asked if I they would honor the advertised price that their own website was advertising. He offered me a full refund in exchange for the food back. This place has the worst service and this was an online pick up order. My last dine in visit was absolutely horrible and if the food isn't going to be discounted or sold at the advertised price, the horrible service and horrible attitude does not justify the increased (unadvertised) pricing.

They have a good smoky spicy salsa. The green salsa for the tacos was good! Margaritas are average, but priced so well. It's crazy to be able to get a full meal and margarita for under $15 in this economy. Such a great deal!
