Of everything we tried, the Cheesy Pastor Tacos were the clear standout. The birria, asada, and chorizo were all good, but the pastor tacos stole the show. Next time I'll probably skip the variety and just order those. The only thing that caught us off guard was the seating policy. They wouldn't seat our table until everyone in the party had arrived, even though the people we were waiting for were literally pulling into the parking lot. It wasn't a huge issue, but it did feel a little unnecessary and inconvenient. Overall, the food was excellent, the drinks were refreshing, and the experience was a good one. During the summer there is seating inside and outside, but during high times you have to wait for a table!
