The horchata isn't just a regular rice and water drink. There's a bunch of seeds and toasted rice blended together so you get a real nutty and almost smoke flavour. This is my 2nd favorite kind of Horchata. I've never had chapulines and a family member wanted to try them so I got a side of those as well. They didn't taste like much, mostly salty, sour, crunchy and a toasted flavor. The one sauce was a tomato, cilantro, onion type Chimichurri sauce and the other green sauce (I wasn't of what the name was or what was in it) were really good.
