I ordered four Bar Exam Care Packages for our recent Summer Associates soon to graduate from law school and take the Bar Exam. Susan and Helen of Sensational Baskets were amazing, professional and a pure pleasure to work with. Since there were four packages, at their request, I provided an Excel sheet to them, outlining what I wanted to order, the cost, the name and address of each recipient and a card message. This made it seamless and easier for both Susan and Helen, as well as myself, and kept the orders extremely organized. I also provided the firm's logo to be included on the package. Not only did they coordinate the box and ribbon colors with the firm's logo, they sent me photos of the card messages for approval prior to sending the packages out. Helen and her team are awesome! I live in Northern Virginia and needed to get some snacks to a weary traveler who would be arriving in the Alpharetta area late in the evening. I really have to commend the professionalism of this company. They were very through in every aspect of the delivery. I placed my order online, and was shocked when I got a call; I thought something had gone wrong like another gift delivery company that shall remain unnamed. Instead, I got a call confirming my order; I am not used to that. Additionally, the lady I spoke to went over everything; address, names, contacts, etc., just to make sure that it was delivered to the right person, at the right time. You may call it normal business practice, but I have seen larger companies with more staff do a worse job; so I think it speaks volumes when a company like this excels at providing service of this nature. At first I was not going to write a review; honestly I had forgotten about the company and moved on after I received notice from the person I sent the gift to that they had received it, but after I got a call today I just had to write a review! They called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the delivery. WOW! While the delivery was over a month ago, which prompted me to think back to the person receiving it, I was absolutely astonished that a delivery basket and gifts company would follow up with the person that placed the order to make sure that they were satisfied. If anything I would think that they would follow up with the person that received the gift! This company is the BEST! We had a coworker whose husband was in the hospital, and we wanted to send them a basket. Sensational Baskets had a great get well basket and then CUSTOMIZED it to our employee (and her husband's) interests.
