I go here to get a 60-minute foot massage for $30 about twice a month and have been going to this place exclusively for about two years. It is also convenient for me because if I have had a rough day at work, I can make a quick appointment online and it's on my way home. If you are new here, I would suggest giving it a go with Mary. I only schedule my appointments with her because she is caring and gentle and her massage is so effective that most of the time I fall asleep. I believe she has heard me snore too because she always giggles when I wake up LOL. She is really nice and I've always had a good experience with her. Some of the other ladies are a little too rough for me and sometimes they are tired (understandably so) and don't do as good of a job. I used to go with anyone available in the past but I felt more comfortable with the women vs. the men (personal preference - I don't want a random dude touching all up on me). The reason I did not give 5 stars is because your experience is based on who you get. And I've had some experiences that I didn't really enjoy because of who was working on me. Also, it would be nice if they changed up their music. I've heard the same songs for the past two years. Anyway, you can make your appointment online and then just show up. I typically tip between $8-$10. They also have a card that gives you a free massage after 10 (i think) massages so ask for that if they don't give it to you voluntarily. I've already gotten 2-3 free ones. Some massage chairs (like Mary's) are placed close to the A/C vent so just wear an extra layer or ask for another towel draped over you if you get cold like I typically do. Anyway, Mary's clutch! The worst massage ever! An old man serviced me and it was nothing professional about his massage! He kept zoning in and out during causing him to stop rubbing and starting again! He was supposed to be massaging my feet and he focused more on my legs and ankles! He didn't touch my toes nor my heels! I specified targeting my heels! No coordination at all! My 10yr old does a better job! I told him to go harder and that was a disaster!! He went and got some rolling device and dug into my feet that caused my reflexes to almost kick him in the face! I had had enough by then so I child him to send the massage and he went and got someone who spoke English and I told him my massage was horrible and unprofessional. worst massage place ever! I called to make an appointment for the following day (the day after I called) and no one picked up. I called the next day and still, no one picked up. I just decided to walk in and see if there were any people available/open for two full body massages. I walked in and not even a hello, they just kind of stared at us and waited for us to say something. At least greet us or ask us if we need help? I asked them if they had any spots open for two and they asked if we had an appointment and we said no, no one picked up. They said they don't have any room and to come back later. I asked the guy if I need to make an appointment for later (7 ish pm) and he said "no, the place is not busy during that time" That was perfectly fine, I left and came back around 7. And again, no one greeted and they asked for my name and reservation. I told them I didn't have a reservation and they said they were busy?? The guy should have wrote down our names or something knowing I tried to make a reservation 3 times. We had to wait a good 40 minutes til they took us. When we FINALLY were able to enter, my guy and I were separated across the room and it was not private at ALL. The room was just one room with no separation/dividers and it was so loud. Getting a massage should be peaceful and relaxing but it was hard to do that when the employees kept talking and laughing with each other. Bottom line, don't come here, it's not worth the money. BEWARE ABUSIVE PLACE. Stay away. My niece and daughter went for a foot and shoulder massage and marked the body parts (shoulders, leg below knee) clearly on the sheet to be massaged. Their first ever massage. The two older men were very rough with them and massaged them all over the body spending considerable time on the thighs and buttocks making them extremely uncomfortable. When they expressed they discomfort the guys either ignored them or got mad and irritated. They got confused and scared to speak up. Both the women felt abused. I've been here twice before and had a decent time, however I took my fiancé here today and the experience was truly awful. Both our masseuses we unnecessarily rough, as if they really didn't care, even after my fiancé asked them to be softer. And my masseuses was very rude - the guy literally snapped at us to get our attention, and he also kept burping loudly the whole message which was just gross. We did not have a good experience! And when I complained at the end, I was asked to tip regardless with the girl completely disregarding my experience and offering no apology whatsoever. I still left $5 dollars as a tip and then as I turned to walk out both the girl and my masseuse began mocking me in another language. You really can't beat that price and you actually get good quality service and a great massage. The reasons why we won't be going back -My masseuse had a band aid on her finger and it scratched against my skin the entire time - she went underneath the towel and touched my bare skin and it was uncomfortable -She was kind of careless - she went too fast and didn't focus on identifying the knots, it seemed like she wanted to speed through it. I also didn't like the receptionist. She tried to act really cutesy instead of being professional. Also, she pressured us to give a tip which we were going to give, but i dont like being pressured. Also they do the massages for 10 minutes longer than normal. I was super excited! I wrote on my sheet than Im tender and I had lower back problems. This is the only reason I didn't give the place 5 stars, I don't think they took this into consideration. He was much more firm that I would have liked it but still very skilled. I'm not one to speak up because I feel thats the reason for the sheet, and nor did he has me one time if it was too hard. It is 3:14 am as I post this review. I went to Sensory Reflexology hoping to see Jeff but he was off for the day. I get migraines and he (Jeff) has given good massages that relieved some of the pain. Well sense he was off and my head was pounding I decided to stay even tho my gut instinct said to leave. I requested a 70 minute massage and was placed with Charley. First off he never smiled nor greeted me and I felt unwelcome but I proceeded with the massage. He began by pressing very hard into my forehead and top of my skull and as he did this he was pulling my hair I tried to speak up but he either didn't hear or didn't understand or he didn't care. He seemed to be an older gentleman and about a minute eventually moved to my arm. I did wonder why he didn't massage my face or forehead but figured he was just doing things a bit different so I waited patiently. Well he pressed down on both arms and quickly went to my feet. He removed them from the warm water and was gone for quite a while and since he kept passing gas while I figured he went to relieve himself. He finally came back and literally was rubbing lotion on to my feet and midway up my calf area. Like seriously no massage just rubbing glob after glob if lotion onto my foot. I said a silent prayer because I was trying to be understanding because of his age but I still wanted a massage. Usually Jeff asks is the pressure okay or is he hurting me but Charley never did anything but pass gas and rub apply more and more lotion. Well he moves on to my right foot and finally I politely asked if he could apply a little pressure. He looked at me and didn't say a word. But immediately afterward he starts digging into my right ankle. I said OUCH and jerked my foot from him and he grabs it like he was mad and held it firm and did it again. Pain went from my ankle into my leg and I said OUCH that hurts and jerked my foot again. He grab it again and got more lotion and he never apologized. Because there were other patrons in the room getting massages I didn't want to disturb them because I had a grumpy old man for a "masseuse" so although I considered just getting up and running out of there I stayed like an idiot( ughh). Anyway after the tug of war with my ankle charley gets lotion and began digging his nails on the bottom side of my toes. I moved my foot and said Ouch! So he puts my foot down and walks away. I was praying someone was coming but soon I smelled his flatulence as he asked me to turn to my stomach. I pondered if I should end this charade right now but i think surely he can't do anything to my back. WRONG AGAIN. He dug his elbows into my back and just put all his body weight on me. I yelled out in pain and he hit me twice in my back and said I'm done. I was sooo happy but confused because I know I requested I looked at the click and knew 70 minutes had not passed but I was done with this torture session. I get to the front and the young lady confirmed my suspicions because she immediately apologized that he had not done a complete session. I told her well THANK GOD be a that's THE. WORST. "Massage" I ever had. I told her what happened. She said she would notate it on my account. She charged me for a shorter session I went ahead and paid because being a person of color in America is bad for your health. Went home told my family what happened and they were upset of course. Anyway here it is 3 in the morning and I wake up to my ankle throbbing and swollen. My mid back where he dug his elbow into my body is very tender and warm. So. The moral of the story... ALWAYS trust your gut regardless of who it offends. AND you get what you pay for... People. Don't waste your time, find someone that is a real licensed massage therapist. He may be licensed but he doesn't operate like he is skilled. That man was not a professional and judging by the other reviews others feel the same. I've had great experiences with Jeff but I don't know that I feel safe going back to Sensory Reflexology. I left in worse pain grumpy or not if Charley felt comfortable enough to do what he did to me openly then it calls into question a lot of things. read more

I didn't know what to think of this place at first! That was, until I entered the massage area. What an amazing concept!!!You lye down and place your feet into a barrel of warm water while your massage begins at your head and neck. This place is by far one of the best MASSAGEs I've had in a very long time. They are all very professional and kind. Your stuff is placed into a box and placed beside your massage table. A great atmosphere with soft spa music, low lighting and whispers, create a very relaxing atmosphere. I only had the 45 minute massage but I plan on getting the 120 minute next time. The massage therapists are great but the front desk receptionists and their website appointment services are lacking. Today, I walked in and the front desk receptionist was eating a hard boiled egg. She then proceeded to tell me that the massage therapist that I booked my appointment with didn't show up as such in their system. I informed her that I did chose that specific therapist on line when making my appointment and received a confirmation from them that the appointment was scheduled with him. She proceeded to tell me that I had to put an additional written request on the website to insure a specific therapist. I informed her that something is wrong with their website and the communication of the scheduled appointments to the location of the services. Like banging my head against the wall. Have been coming to this location for over 3 years, always bought their packages. This last experience was subpar. Massage guy feel ASLEEP multiple times during the session. When checking out, cashier asked how much tip did I want to include, without even asking me how my experience was! I told her, to be frank I will not be tipping this time (I always tip well over the last few years) and Explained to her the situation. She said, "oh, I'll tell him." She also said since I had paid using my sessions from the package (package of 10) I bought, she will not offer any discount. Also said if I had paid by session, she can offer a discount. SO... made me rethink if I should continue to be a dedicated customer or not. My husband and I love going to Sensory Reflexology for massages. It's nice if you want a quick over the clothes massage - I usually wear yoga pants and a t-shirt. The staff have all been professional and friendly every time we've been there. The only negatives I would say were: 1. because you're in a big room full of massage tables, you get an occasional snoring person or person being loud coming in the door, which can be distracting from relaxing. 2. With the full body massage, they have a routine massage (probably to help gauge their time) and they rarely ever divert from that routine - so if you have a back full of knots and you want them to focus on them, you should probably pay more and get the actual back massage. In our experience, they work them a little and move on to the rest of the body. We go there frequently so obviously the positives outweigh any negatives we've found. read more

Very relaxing environment. Even though you don't have a room to yourself, the place is very spacious and the beds are carefully/skillfully partitioned, so all guests still preserve privacy even at full capacity. The background music is just right, the room temperature is just right, and the lighting is just dimmed enough. I believe Sensory really took the time to consider all elements that make up a perfect, relaxing massage experience. I have always been really ticklish when it comes to the feet, but I guess reflexology is truly a science that came from a long history, I was not bothered at all. My husband was surprised that I wasn't giggling and screaming or kicked the massage therapist in the face. I already took my best friends to their new Carrollton location, and they were both hooked. This 2 hour massage was one word AMAZING! Jeff gave one of the best massages I have ever had!! When he crawled up and down my back I could not believe the feeling of relief I had from the pain in my back I had due to working out. Awesome experience! Everyone was professional, from the front desk lady to the therapists. Our appointments were for my husband, our 14 yo daughter and myself- we chose the 60 minute session, which included 15-20 minutes on your head and shoulders, 30 minutes on your feet and 15 minutes focusing on your back. We were all impressed with our therapists. I was a little hesitant at first because when you walk to the treatment area, it is an open large room. However, everyone was quiet, the atmosphere is relaxing and you soon forget you are in an open room. The music they played was relaxing, it was instrumental, but some of the songs were childhood songs, like ABC & Happy Birthday. Not a turn off, just thought it was kind of funny. My first time getting a massage in a commumity space and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the 90 mims massage. The masseuse was older than I was used to, but this guy was very good and thorough. I would definitely come back to this place. I had a mistake of trying another reflexology place (Sole Hao Relexology) based on a recommendation of another yelper, and I regretted it after.
