I paid my deposit on 4/2. Shortly after they raised the price due to a measurement error, which I accepted. The first roof install occurred on 4/24--but I immediately noticed problems. They had improperly reinstalled my TruGuard gutter system by nailing it directly through the new shingles. Initially, Jake Calvert (owner) denied it. Only after I showed video proof did they acknowledge it. Owens Corning and TruGuard later confirmed in writing this method was improper and damaging. I was told it voided warranty coverage. Jake shifted blame, claiming a vague email was warning enough. A rep from their team admitted they should've told me to have the guards removed. After legal pressure, & refusing to sign a doc waiving consumer rights, a second full roof tear-off and new system install occurred on 5/28. The final roof looks good--but getting there involved months of denial, pressure, and emotional stress. This process cost me peace of mind, time off work, and trust. Robert contacted me right away from my request and Dennis even made time to come over Easter morning to get measurements and pick up the flooring from Menards the day before so the guys were ready to go first thing in the morning. They were all done and cleaned up by end of day. My floors look amazing and since it was a match for the existing laminate, you can't tell that it wasn't laid all at the same time. I didn't follow him around and he was here about 30 minutes then the door seemed quieter when he left. In the meantime I've noticed the door would open unevenly with the left side lifting higher for a little bit then the right but it eventually opened . As time went on that was followed by a certain popping sounds so I called overhead garage door last week monday. A man came out and he was here a solid hour and I checked on him often. Offering him water and asking him how it's going and he seem to be very busy and efficient. Two days later my garage door made a huge popping sound and the top panel was hanging over my vehicles. One wheel had popped out completely and shot across the garage thankfully not hitting my vintage car I just painted but the garage door couldn't be moved. I had plans that day but still I called them and they came out and a third started the repair. Eventually he told me that the garage door was too light for the spring it had on it and he had to put weighted bottom frames underneath each panel. After he did that he told me the rod underneath the spring was broken and you'd have to replace that. I asked him why the first two guys I had out didn't know any of that and he said well there are different levels of experience. If I'd have been out here in November that have been fixed the first time. Which left me to wonder if this gentleman come out the first time would i had not needed the rod replaced. He said all I'll say is if I had to come out the first time you wouldn't have to call back two more times. I've never used this company before but all I can say is if you want to use them make sure you ask for the most experienced technician they got . Definitely save a lot of time and money if nothing else.

Warning about Sonnenberg below: (to begin with, their website seems to be unsafe. Every time we…read moretried to use the website, our ainti-virus warned that the page was unsafe and was using phishing to collect information like credit card info.) They delivered a $400+ order to my home that was the incorrect size, seemed to be infested with fleas, AND ran over and destroyed a custom metal yard sign. We ordered small trap rock and they delivered rocks that were much larger. We weren't thrilled about it since it didn't match our previous order, but we didn't raise an issue about it. Within a few days, we noticed a significant amount of fleas when moving the rock around and working in the rocks. The issue only resolved once spraying the entire new landscaping areas with pesticides. (Never, ever, had this issue until this delivery.) In addition, when Sonnenberg pulled out of our oversized, FIFTEEN FOOT WIDE driveway (that nobody else has ever had a problem with) the driver pulled the back wheels off the driveway, hitting our custom made, metal yard sign we bought for $70 a couple years ago. (The closest replacement we found online is a junker from amazon because the sign was custom - not bought online like the one out there now.) When I contacted the "manager" Greg, I sent not 1, but 2 videos showing them hitting the sign. Greg had over a month and never responded. I sent a follow up email, no response. I called and asked for a different manager and was told the "general manager" Caroline would call, yet she never did. It's been months now. I called one more time today and talked to the special gem, Caroline. She was unprofessional, hateful, accusatory, and she denied any and all wrong doings. In fact, she went as far as to hang up the phone numerous times during very brief, accusatory phone calls. Then she would call back and start up again. She claimed she and Greg couldn't see a single thing in the videos. Then she went on to interrogate me about what the sign was made of and how big it was, as if it were made of straw or something. She tried to deny it over and over.  Only after numerous hangups, repeated denials, continued hateful remarks and comments, did I ask her why she was being so unprofessional and she remarked "you're being aggressive." After waiting for months, and being verbally abused by this hateful lady over and over, after a really piss poor experience, I was somehow "aggressive" for asking her why she was rude and expecting them to replace damaged property. Sorry, but when you're a really hateful person like Caroline, I guess you don't expect people to call you out about your behavior. Then when they do, you project it back to the customer. Great service! When Caroline called back after hanging up again, I let her go to voicemail so she'd be recorded. Imagine this - she suddenly found manners she'd been missing all day and left a polite message! If you don't compensate for the sign by the end of the week, I will send a chargeback for a full refund with the bank because this is horrible service, and after all of the errors on your part, the least you can do is apologize and replace the sign. Leaving this review anywhere I can since you all have a bad habit of removing unfavorable reviews.
