She also did not know whether the recommended products were vegan and cruelty-free. Additionally, she explained that I was supposed to use the products for several weeks before beginning laser treatments -- something I had not been told during the original consultation. The first PA had mentioned the products, but never explained that pre-treatment use was required before starting the laser. Sheri contacted the product representative to ask about the vegan status of the products, but the rep was unsure and could not provide any timeline for getting an answer. At that point, I left without receiving treatment. Both PAs were friendly and professional, but I was frustrated by the lack of consistency and communication. Disappointed with PRP Microneedling Results and Experience…read more I had high hopes for PRP Microneedling after seeing so many positive feedback from people I know after getting the treatment , but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype. I have shared all this with Dr and his staff but still would not acknowledge that I got little to none results. After bringing this to the Drs attention on my follow up appts (8 weeks later) I was told it would take a few sessions to see noticeable results, I was extremely disappointed I just didn't feel like risking another $1000 for just in case results . Sadly, I saw minimal improvement in my skin texture and my face In fact, I experienced more breakouts after each session, which only made me more self-conscious. Considering the high cost ( $1000 per session) the results just weren't worth it for me. I know it works for some people, but I don't think Dr knew how to use the depth of the needles since he expressed that he wanted to go deeper next time, (which I found out later that that's a big nono on PRP procedure) but I wish I had managed my expectations better or looked into other options more thoroughly before committing. Don't waste your money at this place where the Dr will not acknowledge that treatment did not work.
