Everyone at the store is friendly and helpful. However, I came here to get my usual partial highlight. I've been going to Ulta salons for years. When I left the store I thought my hair was still a little damp, thinking that's why the blonde looked a little darker. Come to find out it's not. Which means she pulled the foils too early. My blonde is not the bright/vanilla blonde I was going for. It's copper/orange. I will have to get this fixed. I did call the store the very next day and a manager was not in. I asked them to return my call and the associate reassured me that either the store manager or salon manager would return my call. Neither of them did. This is disappointing and not only a waste of my money but my time as well. I think the girls in the salon may just need more experience with time. read more

I picked up my order at this location and received a tester for one of my items. Yuck. During covid when they have every tester sealed so that it can't be sampled and I get a tester that's open, partially used and has no lid. I'm so grossed out. I emailed them and they just said "we will need you to go to the store so they can provide you with the right item." I went to a store that is 45 minutes away because that's the only one that had the eyeshadow palette that I wanted and it could only be purchased in the store. I live 15 minutes from the Ulta near me. I'm not driving way, way across town. 45 minutes is a very long way to drive in OKC. Don't you guys ship orders to people every day? Why are you having me drive so far out of my way to fix your error? I've been a member since the early 2000's. I guess they don't care. The store associate was very sweet but corporate customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I could give corporate zero stars, I would. read more

I am new to the Ulta reward. I picked up my daughter's birthday reward. I'm not sure if it's because I went on the weekday it was pretty slow. I witness a cashier in the front was very rude to another customer. I mean the store wasn't busy. She brushed the customer off to another employee as she made an excuse that she didn't have a cash draw. You work in retail ma'am you are there to serve the customer. She need to be alittle nicer. I don't think I would return to that location maybe I'll try the Yukon location. read more

My mom is suffering from stage 4 colorectal cancer and has been extremely worried about losing her hair. After several rounds of chemo over the course of a year, her hair is still there, if a bit thin. She was really excited to get her hair done yesterday and couldn't have been happier. I went in looking for something to help with the periodic swelling under my eyes. I needed something with an immediate fix. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. When I ask for what I needed, and what was recommended, no one really had an answer and brushed me off. (THE TEAM seemed extremely bothered. I was asking for help ) They showed me one product and I told them I had already tried that, but it leaves a residue under my make up. I was looking for some thing else they really had no recommendations and I ended up having to Google what they had. They really had no recommendations and I ended up having to google online. I ended up spending $180. If the sales team would've recommended 15 different products Iprobably would've purchased them. The customer service and product knowledge was very lacking. I have seen several things posted online about different products that you can order from companies.I trusted Ulta to show me what would work.I trusted Ulta so I chose to shop there instead. Everyone spoke to me when I entered. The staff helped me find my Burberry perfume quickly. The cashier was very nice and checked me out quickly. I even helped her find the security tags that were beeping in the box. I so glad I didn't have to go to the mall. read more

This is my favorite store when i don't want to battle the mall! It seems like I'm here once a week and I can never check in bc there was no business on yelp so yay I added it so that if you need make up such as my favorites urban decay, benefit, bare minerals, tarte, too faced smashbox, Clinique, just to name a few of my favs but the have drug store kind also I mean they have almost everything you can think of but things like mac, Lancôme ,Estée Lauder but for the most part they have a lot! I go to macys for my Lancôme foundation ( I'm inlove with it) ....They also have perfumes, nail polish like opi yay huge selection, skin care like a whole wall of amazing hair products and blow dryers and just to much to name I swear I spend a lot of time here it's like a candy store for us beauty queens lol so if your a makeup lover then you must check this place out I been going here for almost 10 years!! read more

I was dressed a bit poorly as I had just left work at my detail shop. In all my 72 years, I have never been treated like this by any salesperson. I came to this ULTA in search for a new face powder, I've only been to a Sephora but needed some quick & it's right up my street. So thought I would give it a shot. I had my baby with me in her stroller when I went in, I passed a man that worked there and he looked me up & down then snarled his nose and turned around. I had to have help with matching my face color as we are going into Winter from Summer. So I was taken back. I strolled around until a nice young lady asked if I needed help. She pointed me to a "good foundation" for my skin & she matched me. As well as helped me find a contour pallet I was interested in. When I finished getting what I needed I went exploring just to see what they had to offer compared to Sephora. While wandering the man that I saw when first walking in, spotted me then looked at my baby & made another nasty face! At that point, I put my products back & left. He seemed to be a manager or something, so I was disgusted. After I left here I went to Sephora where the ladies there greeted me with a smile and couldn't have been more accommodating. And they thought my baby was cute, made up for that jerk! 3-5 Stars for the sweet girl that helped me & ULTA seemed to have everything from high end make up to "drug store" make up. They even have pony tail holders, make up removing wipes, and shampoo! They do have a lot to offer! I would definitely go to another one, just not this location. read more
