A few hours prior Kierra texted me with parking instructions then when we arrived was prompt to meet us (and we were even early) the studio was lovely with such a cute aesthetic and of course smelled amazing. She was patient and very knowledgeable as we built our fragrances, and wanted us to both leave with something we loved. I have only had my perfume one day and already received compliments on my smell. I would recommend this experience to anyone and I look forward to going back .

The staff member refused to check in the back for the item. I understand it might not be protocol, but the courtesy would've been nice. The store was not busy at all, and I was not inconveniencing anyone as the staff member was not doing anything in the moment.

In addition to that they have some supplies of everyday items that range from household to food to electronics .... etc. Prices are high, but you kind of know that coming in. They do have a rewards program (that is free) that gives some pretty good perks if you want to keep up with them. They didn't have what we were looking for, but we had forgotten to bring some waters (for a concert we were going to), so took the opportunity to grab those while we were here. In addition we gots rselves bunchs smrtr cause theys was Smart Waters (Sorry couldn't resist). Probably wouldn't have any reason to be back to this location (nowhere near where we typically are), but if we were we would stop here if we needed something they carry.

I was looking for NYX eyebrow stencils. The website told me which locations I would be able to find them. The first location (near perimeter mall) the young lady stated she had never seen or heard of the product. She spoke with her manager over the radio who did not know either. So I left disappointment. I went to the Cumberland location and asked Josiah for assistance. He went to the area where the product should be. Then he went a step further, asking the see the item on my phone so he could look up the item number. He found the product in their system then found it on the shelf. I appreciate him for taking the extra step to locate the product because I was getting frustrated that Ulta's website was advertising a product as being in-store if it actually was not in-store.
