I've ordered many times before and I know how updates on the order work. Nothing moved for a week. So, I reached out to customer service asking if they could check on the order. I received a response back stating that I should patiently wait for "multiple bottles" to ship (which is usually how I order, btw). Okay, waited till the next week - nothing. So I reached back out asking if they could again please check the order/status and see if something was "stuck". 10 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No email back, nothing. I can see the scent is still "in stock" so this is just that delightful customer service they are known for being pissy. It's really gross.

If you come in here without any knowledge on fragrances they will completely destroy you. Their entire collection is outdated or fake. Also they have a tiny sign with tiny print that states that they do not accept returns and will only exchange. This is even if the box is unopened and still packaged. All the fragrances I smelled literally smelled nothing like the original ones I have smelled in the past. If you look up 90% of their collection it's marked up by $60-$70. You can literally get some from Amazon for $10 which they sell for $100. This is a snake pit. Don't fall for it.

Well it didn't last at all and when i called the store to see if i can switch it out for another one that works or wasn't sitting on the shelf too long, the guy said someone will call me later that day. I called back the next day and the manager was in and said he can't do anything but he can ask the regional manager what they can do (i didn't hear back for 3 days) when i finally called AGAIN they said it was past the 5 day policy that i bought the items and would offer 30% off my next purchase. 1) this pissed me off because i called exactly 5 days after i purchased items and 2) Why would i go back again if what i bought is faulty.
