I came in 5/16 at 11:30 to get color matched for a summer foundation & concealer and Nicole was very helpful and polite!

I have been curious about taking CBD products lately and this location inspired me to look into…read moresuch products. The liquid products were a wee bit pricey for my interests so I got myself some gummies and they were actually helping me to relax (I grew up with a behavioral disability and it wasn't easy to manage my issues tbh).

It was my first time here- i usually buy products from American Shaman or local businesses in…read moreHouston but i just moved out here and thought i would try CBD Kratom. I'm giving 2 stars because upon arrival, the guy working was very knowledgeable and helpful with which level of potency would be best for me. What caused me to never come back here was the FAULTY PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I bought $95 worth items which was just 2 things: delta 8 chocolates and a disposable delta 8 cartridge. The chocolates were good but $20 for 8 small chocolate squares was a little higher since most places sell them for $15. What really irritated me is that the disposable cart i bought did not work after 5 days of using it. Which i specifically asked the salesperson "do they leak or get sticky?" because i bought a cheap one at another place for $45 and it did the same thing so i wanted to make sure the $65 disposable was a better brand since it was the most expensive disposable i have ever paid for (i usually by good ones for $50-55) which the salesperson said they have never had problems of that and you're getting what you pay for (hence the higher cost). Well it didn't last at all and when i called the store to see if i can switch it out for another one that works or wasn't sitting on the shelf too long, the guy said someone will call me later that day. Nothing. I called back the next day and the manager was in and said he can't do anything but he can ask the regional manager what they can do (i didn't hear back for 3 days) when i finally called AGAIN they said it was past the 5 day policy that i bought the items and would offer 30% off my next purchase. 1) this pissed me off because i called exactly 5 days after i purchased items and 2) Why would i go back again if what i bought is faulty. I told him i don't feel comfortable spending more money and to ask if she can just let me change it out for another so i can get what i paid for. Finally he said he will have the regional manager call when she is back from conference. That was over a week ago and still never heard anything...

On top of that my boyfriend stepped on the biggest pile of poop I've ever seen when it clearly states no dogs before you walk in (I saw at least 5). Watch your step if you plan to come here. I'm not sure why there's a brick and mortar Subway (amongst some other restaurants) in the middle of the place either. I could be wrong but isn't this place about small businesses? Another thing I noticed is the amount of drop ship items available ready for purchase at every stand. It's the same labubu dubai chocolate kpop demon hunter hello kitty stuff over and over and over again. I remember as a kid seeing a lot more variety in the shops. It's probably great to bring your kid here because they have rides and toys but overall I do not think I'll return. Special shout out to the game store Hey Bro!! Video Games cause they hooked it up with Mario Party Jamboree at a great price. Another stand (I cannot remember the name) offered the first Mario party to me for $35 but I was specifically looking for the newest version. One more shout out I have is to an incense store that has hand dipped incense 10 for 1$ all different scents. You can find some cool stuff, I just don't know that it's worth the journey there.
