I do most of my Sephora shopping online b/c whenever I go into a store: 1. It's rare to find what I'm looking for (not in stock and if there's one left, it's been tampered with) 2. the demo samples on palettes look gross 3. it's hard to get any help b/c there's no one to ask The first two are still true however Summer was a delight. The store was busy and she was busy but she still asked me if I needed some help. I asked to be color matched and she told me to give her a few minutes. She came back and told me she wasn't a makeup specialist but would do her best. I guess the person whose job this was didn't show or something. I appreciated her willingness to help and was impressed by how well she spoke Spanish. She shared that she wanted to learn and it helps w/the Spanish-speaking customers.

    Waiting to go in.

Stock issues seem to be getting better. Samples and offers still better for shopping online... baby steps.

I don't know why they have all the negative reviews but I've lived here for 9 months and go here to get my makeup and never have issues!

Im gonna start eith the good... then the bad. First of all…read morethe workers are really friendly and welcoming. somewhat clean interior (other than test strips everywhere it was spotless), big selection of mens and womens fragrances on discounted prices. Whenever i go theres always a deal going on or lowww prices. Now for the bad. Im not exaggerating but there were more off brand (not fakes/chinese knockoffs!) fragrances than designer fragrances. i cant remember which ones they were but three of them burned my hand which has never happened to me before! i went in there and saw a few fragrances i wanted and tried to ask to test them but i kept getting interrupted by the employee helping me. "sweet or fresh" those are most of the words she spoke to me. i wanted to come back to smell some of the fragrances that she put on the 16 test strips but she just wrote a scribble which nobody can read which made me a little upset. i went in there wanting one cologne and have been waiting to ask her for it for about a half hour. she finally listened whaen i asked to smell the ralph lauren. i know stores are kinda supposed to do this but she just kept trying to get me to buy stuff like test strips, travel atomizers, another fragrance and random shower gel. she insisted that i buy more things and i kept saying the same thing "i just want the ralph lauren please". payed 130 for it. honestly a decent deal on a designer frgarance that costs like 140 for a small bottle. still cheaper on discounters like fragrancex, fragrancenet, jomashop or aurafragrance. pretty nice place but im probably not going back. P.S thought it was pretty inappropriate but i dont really mind it but she said this "sexy cologne can get you all the prettiest women you want". not a complaint but im just rather pointing that out lol.

Cute little shop in the outlets with tons of good fragrance options for decent prices. The employee…read moreI worked with was super helpful and knowledgeable. She offered a ton of great suggestions, one of which I purchased. :)

Defective Bottle & Shockingly Poor Service -- Not What You Expect From a Niche House…read more I first discovered Le Labo in Paris in 2024 and purchased Thé Matcha 26. It quickly became a staple in my fragrance rotation. When I returned to the U.S., I was pleased to see there was a boutique at Santana Row, so when my original bottle ran out I purchased another one there in 2025. Not long after, I noticed something unusual: the bottle was draining far faster than my Paris purchase ever had. After inspecting it closely, I discovered micro spider-web cracks throughout the glass bottle (see photos). The fragrance was clearly evaporating through the compromised glass. For context, I've been collecting fragrances for decades -- everything from designer houses like Prada and Giorgio Armani, to niche brands like Chris Collins and Le Labo. I've owned dozens of bottles over the years. I have never once encountered a bottle degrading like this. So today I went back to the boutique with both bottles -- the intact Paris bottle and the cracked Santana Row bottle -- assuming they might offer some reasonable accommodation for what appears to be a manufacturing defect. Instead, I received a curt: "You should have come back earlier." That was the entire response. What makes this particularly ironic is that the counter prominently advertises Le Labo's 20% refill program -- the brand's whole philosophy is built around customers returning with their bottles for refills. Yet when a clearly compromised bottle is brought in, the store suddenly has no interest in helping... or filling the intact bottle from Paris (????) The real shame here is that I was fully prepared to purchase another bottle anyway. Even a modest gesture -- honoring the refill price, waiving sales tax, anything -- would have turned this into a positive experience and kept me coming back. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and indifferent -- which is particularly jarring in what is supposed to be a luxury fragrance environment. Perfume collecting is a long-term relationship with a house. I would have happily returned every year to refill Thé Matcha 26 and likely purchased other fragrances as well. I would've sang praises and told everyone to shope here. I would've upgraded the size of my bottle, mostly to avoid with this particular defect again. Regardless.. I would have been a bigger source of revenue for Le Labo. But after this experience, I'll take my business to other niche perfumers who actually value repeat customers. The fragrance itself is excellent. The service at this boutique, unfortunately, is not.

Absolutely loved the scent bar experience with Florra! My best friend went here with her boyfriend…read moreso I knew I had to take my boyfriend too for his birthday. I reserved an appointment for 2 ahead of time for a Sunday and am so glad I did! I believe they have a promotion if you come in on weekdays. The team was so sweet and patient as we asked questions in crafting our perfect scent. At some point, my head started hurting just because of how overwhelming it can be in a fragrance-heavy environment. The lovely staff member who helped us (I forgot her name!) helped throw away the scent strips that I didn't like which made me feel so much more comfortable. She was also incredibly helpful in explaining the different notes and layers. We ended up each getting an Eau de Toilette ($99)! I am curious about how my scent would be like in a perfume oil so I may consider that next.

There are many customization experiences out there these days from being able to create custom…read morelipsticks, color analysis, skincare labs, but Florra's custom scent bar really stands out because it's such a sensory experience. It was a lot of fun from start to finish. I learned a lot about how fragrances are built, especially the different scent layers and how they come together. The process felt very relaxed and we were encouraged to take our time sampling and exploring until we found the right combination. The store itself, is a great place to pick up gifts and unique merchandise that would be a joy to give. An enjoyable experience and highly recommend if you're looking for something interactive, creative, and a little different.
