Upon walking in employees were sitting on the bench with their legs up using their phones just talking amongst each other. All while there were customers throughout the store. There's no greeting and they look you up & down as if you shouldn't be in there. The quality of customer service at this location has declined significantly. The staff that worked tonight at the store on 5-1 were the sweetest most helpful young ladies. They made my daughter feel comfortable. They help find the right dresses that would fit her body . I found a dress I loved today and the only one available had a small stain. The sales associate Madison went out of her way to clear the small stain and had her manager give me a discount for it. I've been here a couple times & they aren't very welcoming. I've worked in retail before & I know it can be irritating but at least have some kind employees. They are very serious about their coupons. Whenever I go in, I take a screenshot because the service in the store is terrible. So I kindly asked if I can use a coupon & the girl asked "is it a screenshot or your email?" & I said a screenshot because whenever I have coupons I can never look it up on my email in store because of the poor wifi. She seemed annoyed as I showed her my email where I got it but it wasn't showing up so I told her forget about it, I'll just pay the full price. At least try to be helpful. Why would I lie about a coupon? I took a screenshot for a reason. Also when I asked to get a fitting room the worker was rude about it. I seen everyone going into a fitting room with no number so I asked if it was ok if I were to go into any & she replied with a straight rude NO. Like okay ma'am.. just asking. I returned a "special occasion" dress via USPS. 1. The company does not give shipping labels 2. I paid extra for tracking. My item was labeled as "received" on the 18th of OCTOBER. It's now days in November and I don't have a refund!!! I emailed customer service and they're unhelpful and useless. All they say is to give it more time. FOR WHAt?! A friend of mine told me about this shop for dresses. I called and Elena answered the phone and was very polite and extremely helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to help me. She took pictures of items and emailed them to me so I could see if my daughter would like them. I decided to drive the 40 minutes there with my daughter at 7pm, who was looking for a last minute dress for her winter formal. Megan was at the register and pulled our hold items out and we continued to browse the store and my daughter tried on many dresses. Megan kept bringing dresses for her to try on along with a pair of shoes. Megan was awesome and attentive to my daughter. Priscilla checked on sizes for us when Megan was with other customers. Had it not been for Elena's fabulous customer service we would not of made that trip. It all started with a phone call. My daughter ended up with two dresses, a pair of heels and some accessories and Megan went the extra mile to steam her dress. FABULOUS!! Even though it was closing time. They never rushed us. Who knew we'd find my son's fiancés wedding dress here! We found this place by chance on our way down to the bridal store. Our bride to be was looking for a non traditional gown to make her feel special on her big day. We found the perfect dress and were so pleased by the very accommodating service that employee Elena gave us. Elena was attentive and understanding while my future daughter in law was trying on dresses. She even picked out THEE. PERFECT. SHOE. for the dress.
