    Tatcha product

I went shopping yesterday for skin care products and I stumbled across a Tatcha Pop up event in front of the Sephora store. Everything was so cute and I received a free Tatcha cream sample. I also received a gold stem that you can use for a bouquet of flowers. I enjoyed the experience and I went inside to purchase serum. The store has a nice setup and it was very busy inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely visit this store again in the future whenever I'm in the area.

Very nice location. The store is nice and clean and organize. This is honestly the most calmest and quietest Sephora I've been to. The manager was able to assist us as the employees were all with customers. I would definitely come back I felt like everyone answer my questions and worked very quickly. Also the testers here are not all worn out they have a great selection of there product lines. They also had some new collections from Caudalie which I was happy to see.

I'm a very Long time customer, I don't even recognize one of them. it's very bad customer services. All the workers need to be trained again. when I was looking at the product, one of the girl came to talk to me, "you cannot take a photo! Do you understand?" She came back again and said "You understand what I said huh?" I didn't take a photo when she came back and I didn't answer. when I asked about the product to another person(man) after he finished the conversation with me he went back to talk to other workers. He talked about me. i heard this. is he ok? while I was shopping, one girl stair looking at me/followed me. it's been so irritated. after I came out from the store, 1 customer behind me by the exist, he felt the same thing. I'm not the only one at all at the same time/same day. . There's no time enjoy / relax shopping time. not recommended. I stopped by when I finished shopping @Zadic and Voltaire few blocks away. but I would go at this location. closer location in SOHO should be fine to go there.

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.

The store itself was clean, well-organized, and lots to browse, with prices that felt on par with other cosmetic shops in the area. One thing I appreciated was how quiet it was compared to the trending beauty store just down the street. It was nice to explore at my own pace without the crowds. That said, the experience felt more self-serve, as the sales associate wasn't particularly welcoming or attentive during my visit. If you already know what you're looking for, it's a great little spot to pop into. Just don't expect much in the way of personalized help--but the product selection makes it worth checking out.

I love Ume Cosme and I haven't had this problem until now, and it's really disheartening to be treated in such a manner when I've spent hundreds of dollars here in the past, but I'm obviously not the only one they've done this to given the past reviews. If you're going to run a business in the melting pot that is NYC, you should teach your employees not to racially profile and that everyone should be treated equally.

Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. I walked into a store that is essentially one large room, and the density of product on display meant navigating it during a busy period required some patience, but the selection within that compact space was broader than the size suggested. The Korean literature section covers both Korean language and English language editions across a range of genres, which makes it genuinely useful for anyone studying the language or looking for titles that are difficult to find at general bookstores in the city. I saw children's books in Korean, well stocked. The K pop side of the store covers albums, photocards, posters, keychains, stickers, and merchandise across a wide range of artists, with BTS having a particularly strong presence historically alongside newer groups. Pricing runs higher than what I would pay ordering online or finding the same items at a larger retailer, which is the standard trade off for a specialty shop in Manhattan. Album prices in particular can be steep, though sale events bring them down to more competitive territory. Individual accessory items like stickers and bookmarks are priced at a premium relative to their size, so going in with a sense of what I am willing to spend helps avoid sticker shock at the register. The store is a reliable stop for anyone looking for Korean books or K pop merchandise in a physical retail setting in New York, with the caveat that the pricing and the crowd level are both factors worth knowing about before I go.
