Used her company in 2011. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. She was nasty during the sale of my business by raising her voice at me a number of times and making my wife cry more than once. We didn't have a choice in the selection, my friend who bought our business had used her in the past, so we dedided to go with it. I quickly saw what I got into by her staff turnover. She had gone through three secretaries during the six month period. These were her entire staff. Additionally she made a number of gross errors that had to be corrected. The last error I caught had shorted us by almost $3,000. I discovered this when I went to pick up the final check. I had asked for a final review of the documents for which she said she wasn't interested in doing...my mouth almost fell open by that statement. I had to make it clear that I didn't care what she wanted and that I demanded a review. During the 15 minute review, where I discovered her error, what I found pathetic and cowardly was her attempts to blame her errors over correcting loan interest and payments on all other parties. If you have a choice, do not go to this escrow company. One of the worst most unprofessional business people that I have ever dealt with. In fact, my friend who used her in the past, decided against using her again in the future after our experience. Best of luck. read more

This company is terrible, they held onto our $5,000.00 deposit, and are trying to keep all the money that does not belong to them, basically they are stealing our money. Used Melissa for our sale of our house in 2016. This is our fourth time dealing with escrow and I have to say she is the best. She was absolutely amazing at her job. She was always quick to respond to any questions or problems that came up and explained everything to us. She was fair and gave us really good advice regarding our sale especially this time around there were a lot of complications with the buyers agent and buyers. She works hard for you, worked to close escrow is 30 days even with all the changes and complications. If you need escrow papers for purchase of another home for the lenders she gets it done right away. The selling of our property was difficult as there was a Will and a Living Trust involved. To make matters more difficult, my mom had never taken the lean holder off of the title although she paid the loan off completely in the 1990's.
