Marina brings years of expertise in empowering the body to heal through the gentlest of realignment positions and movement. The class offers an enlightening paradigm shift to less being more. Marianne's presence is pure calm nurture as she gently guides you through a candlelit unwinding process anyone can do. Alice Neiler brings an eclectic power basket of tools to her QiGong class that centers, calms, and strengthens with movements that I, in my limited range of motion, could easily do.
