They provided us with very thorough service records and a carfax. Dave also made sure that he oversupplied us with paperwork so that we wouldn't have any issues with the DMV in Mass upon our return. I wasn't asking them to diagnose an unknown issue--I already knew the problem. I simply needed to know if they were able to repair it. Instead, they kept my vehicle for four days, then called me only to tell me exactly what I had already written in my note. After that, they admitted they couldn't perform the repair because they don't have anyone who can program the steering system. If they knew they weren't equipped to do this type of repair, they should have told me immediately instead of wasting four days of my time. They then charged me $170 for a diagnosis I never requested and even listed inspections that I never authorized. The worst part was their attitude. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I had already identified myself, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened to call the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I felt that my time and money were not respected, and I will never return. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for honest and professional service.

I wound up calling Continental as I had an issue finding that exact tire Continental put me in touch with Joe over at Mullaney Tire & Car Care Center and he was able through his distributor to acquire the exact tire that I was looking for. More importantly, as the tire had to be shipped right around the holiday season, I was concerned about my daughter driving on the damaged tire, Joe truly put my mind at ease as he provided us with a loaner tire. First time any shop was kind enough to provide such a service. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Mullaney as this business follows up and actually returns phone calls. The guy working was more than happy to help me with a walk-in tire rotation. Even informed which tires were at what pressure when I was checking out. Even more than that, I had a strange issue with a spare tire I had that was mounted on an aftermarket rim, and he was more than patient at explaining to me the specific lug nuts I needed to get. I was more than ready to buy a different rim, or a replacement donut, but he spent extra time just to save me money. Pretty much a perfect tire shop.
