I called and ?Troy? told me I was mistaken, it did not happen there. They use these huge cloth strips that zig-zag there way over the car and I thought it was heard an unusual scratching sound but have never had a problem. Spoke to a lawyer friend that afternoon and determined it was WAY too difficult to press the case, considering we live in NYC. Certainly will never go back.
