I explained that the refund wasn't as big of a deal to me but rather that this does not happen again. There response was we talked to the person and "I get bruises sometimes during mine too." I am completely uncomfortable, sore and irritated by the response Massage Envy has taken in the matters of a client being bruised and in pain after a service. The decor provides mood. There's a dark curtain, providing privacy to your encounter with relaxation. Adjacent to the curtain is the counter, where you are checked in at arrival and pay upon leaving. Service: She's very good at what she does. She was observant and attentive to my body. She asked questions re: the type of massage I prefer and anything my body had gone through recently. She found balance in what I stated I like and what I actually needed and executed everything exquisitely. She drained my lymph nodes, stretched me and massaged me. She was professional in her technique in getting through the tightness in my shoulders without causing me too much hurt the days to follow, which I found amazing.
