Here's my most recent review: I was able to park just fine as this location is in a shopping plaza and has plenty of free parking. Once inside, I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and my nail tech nailed the designed ! She's so perfect! So upon arriving I was offered a water and a snack from a basket by check in. Very nice touch except I didn't have a chance to eat my snack or open my water because I was seated immediately into a very nice spa chair and Tina started my pedicure removing polish while the bowl filled and June started my manicure after I started my chair for 30 minutes. They were both done by the time my spa chair stopped but June reset for 20 more minutes so that I could dry bc they don't have traditional dryers for natural nails. Tina used a small fan on my toes. So I sat there for the about 15 minutes before leaving. If you pay with a debit/credit card there is a $2 charge so including tips my total was $60 for the basic pedicure and manicure. Basic includes nails trimmed, cuticles trimmed some pumice stone on my feet and a light coat of lotion. I brought my own Opi polish. My cuticles could've used some oil so I did that when I got home. The place is extremely quiet compared to any other nail salons I've been to. No chatting between technicians or clients. I'd say that Tina might of said 10 words total and June at max 20 words. I came in with something specific in mind, and at first, I didn't really get what I had envisioned, but I still liked the final product. I guess they could tell because they offered to redo my nails with no additional cost! They want to make sure everybody who comes in leaves happy, and I think that's really great. They also have complimentary drinks and snacks that you can enjoy while getting your nails done. I found things to be clean and the experience enjoyable. When it was finally our turn the I was asked to soak my feet. The water was way too hot for me and the water was almost full to the top by the time cold water was turned on to temper it. So I soaked my feet in the water and waited. Again, no big deal. It was still so much on the warm side though that I ended up breaking into a sweat. I don't think they had the air conditioning on inside their store. Looking around my mom's gel manicure, her manicurist did a great job and she was very sweet. The lady that did my pedicure was also nice, well so I thought (until she took my payment). The lady that did my nails while I sat in the pedicure chair did a really bad job with my nails. I didn't realize how bad until I got home. See attached pics. When all was said and done and I was paying, I was told to add the tip to the receipt. I guess it wasn't good enough. As I gave the receipt back and thanked the lady who did my pedicure she just turned and walked away. No "you're welcome", no "thank you", no nothing. I will have to say that the lady that did my nails was kind enough to find me a regular polish and a gel polish that matched perfectly which I appreciate. It's just that the work was pretty bad and was rushed because they had people waiting after us. Overall a horrible job on my nails. My toes were ok though - but done by someone else. She is incredibly rude and is always so rough with my hands. This past weekend, I was unfortunate enough to have her handling my SNS. She didn't say a word when she started working on my hands, just threw everything in my lap. The nail colors, mini bean bag and the UV light - literally thrown down. At one point, I was rudely told, "Give me your hand!" She was also very rough with my fingers. In fact, I left with a few of them bleeding and now it hurts to have water even touch them. Based on other reviews, I know this same woman has already been mentioned. Unfortunately, I believe she is one of the owners if not, the owner. I pass by way too many nail places to get here from Duluth. Not sure why I've subject myself to this treatment for as long as I have, but I will not be back.
