I called to check out their prices for a basic pedicure and manicure. I was quoted $30 pedicure & $18 manicure and they did accept walk ins. So upon arriving I was offered a water and a snack from a basket by check in. Very nice touch except I didn't have a chance to eat my snack or open my water because I was seated immediately into a very nice spa chair and Tina started my pedicure removing polish while the bowl filled and June started my manicure after I started my chair for 30 minutes. They were both done by the time my spa chair stopped but June reset for 20 more minutes so that I could dry bc they don't have traditional dryers for natural nails. Tina used a small fan on my toes. So I sat there for the about 15 minutes before leaving. If you pay with a debit/credit card there is a $2 charge so including tips my total was $60 for the basic pedicure and manicure. Basic includes nails trimmed, cuticles trimmed some pumice stone on my feet and a light coat of lotion. I brought my own Opi polish. My cuticles could've used some oil so I did that when I got home. The place is extremely quiet compared to any other nail salons I've been to. No chatting between technicians or clients. I'd say that Tina might of said 10 words total and June at max 20 words. Came in on a Saturday AM fully expecting to have to wait hours to be serviced like some other reviews mentioned, but I was promptly serviced for my acrylic removal, full-set with French tips and gel pedicure. They immediately asked if I had a picture of how I wanted my nails to look, so if you're an elaborate nail girlie they're ready for you hunny! One thing that really stood out to me was the fact they took their time and tried to make you feel comfortable! Other salons I've been to just drill off acrylic/gel thinning out your natural nails but they took the time to allow both my old acrylic and gel on my toes to soak off before removing. All in all, they were about $15-25 more expensive and further than the salon I usually go to, but their attention to detail makes it worth it to me personally. ****Long Review warning **** I've been letting Ivy do my nails for years. I've seen the business make progression but with that comes more customers & more work. I'm so proud of them. However they no longer take their time on your nails. I've always come in with inspiration pictures & Ivy has always nailed them all. Early this year I started noticing that their energies were reflecting that they were tired & didn't really put their passion into every customer. You could tell they were just looking at you as $ instead of really valuing their customers. In June I went in for a regular fill in appointment as I was doing every 2-3 weeks. I requested Ivy, showed my picture of what I wanted & Ivy started my nails. When we got to the design Vee started to take over. The picture I attached shows what I asked for versus what I got. The rhinestones fell off the next day which was very unusual. I literally get rhinestones on every set I get. Not to mention I ended up paying $95 for this fill in set. I decided to give them a break & started going to a salon closer to home. Until one day months later I was close to Sensationail & desperately needed my nails done. So I called & asked if Ivy was busy & Vee told me to come in & put my name down so I could be next. When I walked in Vee said she would start me off so it would be quicker for Ivy to finish me off. Which was a bad decision. Vee rushed through my nails. I spent all of 45 minutes in the salon for my fill in, which sounds amazing but my nails screams a rushed job. Because I was on my lunch break I didn't care to sit & critique my nails nor wait for Ivy because the design she was working on was going to take awhile. I've attached a picture of my nails & no they do not look terrible & yes it has been a week going on 2 since they were done. But you can see how Vee could've drilled a little more to make my nails not as lumpy looking. Also every time I get my nails done I get coffin shape which is why I go to Ivy because she kills the shape; however, my nails are clearly not coffin shape. Oh & this fill in cost me $80. Sensationail would be the best in town if they would spend more time perfecting customer service. They are in the luxury pampering business so they need to make sure each client feels special on each visit & not just like we're paying their bills & that's it. Also each set should be a masterpiece. They are very talented but need to remember quality is what makes you noticeable not quantity. Quality matters most as any artist. read more

This salon is wonderful with trendy designs and doing what you ask for. They even ask if you have a picture of what you'd like before they start. I am a very patient person and don't mind waiting at all - but I see how others would not love having to wait every time - so be forewarned that even on slow days you typically have to wait.When I got a full set the young man who did my nails was great. It came out exactly as I pictured if not better - I did wait around 30 minutes that day. I would give him alone 5 stars. My most recent visit to get a fill, I waited 40 minutes before a different young man drilled off the top layer and told me that someone else would be finishing my nails and then sat down in the chair next to me. The tech I was transferred to I unfortunately didn't have the best experience. It seemed like she was rushing a lot, throwing my hands and arms around, grabbing my fingers very roughly, tapping my hand telling me to relax very firmly even though I was very stressed trying not to move my hand so she wouldn't accidentally hurt me. I didn't even get the chance to ask her for something that I wanted because she was going so quickly and seemed like she was trying to hurry up and finish. At the end she put clear coat on 3 of my fingers on one hand told me to put them under the lamp then did the other hands 3 fingers took the first hand out, and told me to put the 3 fingers she just painted. Then she finished the first hand and told me to put it back in and the other hand and told me to take the nails I had just put under the lamp out. She roughly applied cuticle oil and when I asked if I needed to cure for longer she said "it's okay". I have a lamp at home so I made sure to cure them more when I got home but as someone who previously did nails - I know that proper curing is a must and without it some can develop allergies to nail enhancements. I personally would have preferred if I was told that it was too busy and to come back instead of waiting and being handled so roughly. Again, I'm not a confrontational person so I didn't say anything but I also think that it's common courtesy to be gentle and communicate. I will probably return in the future but I hope I am handled as a customer should be next time. read more

I came by on a whim and this place exceeded my expectations. A girl with short blonde hair did my feet and it felt amazing. My toes looked so clean and even brightened. Vi ended up doing my nails and I'm pretty sure she was owner. Vi was amazing and so meticulous to detail. My acrylic white nails grew out so she just did filled it in with a light pink and it turned out to be a beautiful ombré. I am absolutely in love. I was a little hesitant at first to try the Nail salon but all my usual techs weren't available so I decided to give this salon a try. I arrived 30 minutes early to assure that I would be the first one helped and I walked in as soon as vi( nail tech) unlocked the doors. I looked through all the gel colors (believe me they had a lot) while she opens the salon. She was super friendly and did an amazing job on my previously messed up nails. She took her time and made sure the gel polish went on my nails smoothly. Since I had gel polish out on I also received a complimentary warm wax dip on my hands. The wax was nice and warm and when it was peeled off my hands were super soft. To make things even greater it was only $25 total for a fill in and gel polish.
