Her name was Nancey and she did a great job so there's nothing against her. she was kind and talented and I enjoyed my actual mani and pedi .. what happened next was a disgrace... I went to give him the gift certificate and the man at the desk who proceeded to tell me that I was handing him a fake. That they never had gift certificates like that! (dated 12/24. And there was NO Expiration date) .. I said it's not possible because I purchased many of them here myself. I know they look exactly like this, and my sister-in-law would never have given me a fake. He said that he has cameras dated back to then and that if I could prove that she bought it here and had a receipt that he would accept it, but he knows for a fact that they're fake because somebody else brought one in it looked like that and it was a fake. I wasn't mortified and embarrassed with other customers in the salon, and I know my sister-in-law would be too, so I brought it to her attention and drove it over to her. She quickly went over there and explained that she did buy it there, and that she was offended that they would accuse her of giving me a fake one .And then she asked them if he could look in the camera like he told me to prove that it was her buying it that it could be used. Then he told her that he can't do that after he told me that she could come in here and prove that she bought it he continue to argue with her and pretty much called her a liar. She explained the same thing that she's bought many of them there and they always look like that. He continued to argue and then the manager came over who chimed in and said the same thing that they never had gift certificates like that and they were fake. It was ridiculous. They were very rude and she actually said is there anything you could do about this? I wouldn't come in here and face you if I had a fake gift certificate. And you won't look at the video camera to see that it was me so is there anything you could do even to give my sister-in-law another certificate of any amount even $20 to come back and they said no we're not doing anything because this are fake! And then he proceeded to say and besides that it's over a year anyway so it's expired. And our gift certificates expire after one year. Even though the one that I had and have bought for many of my family and friends, it always said no expiration and I've used them before past a year my sister-in-law has never been so rudely spoken to and I felt terrible that I even had to bring it to her attention because it was a gift. Not only was it embarrassing for her and myself when I was accused of giving them a fake and then they had to be extra rude and call her a liar. So I would never go back there again and I'm wanted to put it out there that the front desk and the manager are rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for the girls that worked there to work under management like that. So I would never recommend this place of business and it's sad because I went there for many many years when I lived over that way and never when I go back again and neither would she and I'm happy to share this horrible review. Shame on them. The funny thing is what I mentioned it to another friend you know what she told me, that her mom went there recently since there's New Owners and they were rude to her too and she would never go back so this seems to be a trend. Shame shame on them. They really need to learn proper etiquette and how to treat a customer.

It seems they book appointments with not enough time between each guest. I have never seen a nail salon where there is no receptionist AND no manager on duty. Last time I was here there were no other guests so I didn't even realize... Well, I ended up having two nail technicians. One for my hands and one for my feet. My nails look ok but not great. The lady who did my hands filed my thumb nail too short and now it hurts. The lady who did my pedicure got up three times during my pedicure to check a customer out, to handle an upset customer in another area and for an unknown other reason. I mean, I come here to relax.
