A girl named Paula or Paulina served me she did not clip my nails at all. Here I am three days later clipping my own nails. She charged me $50 which was normally $32. Beware of the rip off. I'd highly suggest this place for pedicures and manicures. Other than that I'd definitely go somewhere else for tips or even dip. Pedicure stations were pretty full. Place was full in general for a Wednesday at 3:30pm. I was surprised. I called ahead of time and asked if they'd be able to fit me in for a full set right then and there. I went to this place to have my pedicure done and waxing. I set up an appt in advance and it took them 10 mins to welcome me though there weren't many people in. I thought, no big deal. This place is underrated. I came in for the first time today and it was such a relaxing experience. I went in was taken care of right away. I got a pedicure and gel manicure for $57 dollars. The pedicures are priced at $25 dollars and the gel manicure are priced at $32 dollars. They even gave the powder dip option that I will be doing next time. I did a full set of acrylics yesterday, and the gentleman who did my nails was so horrible. All of my nails are uneven, he even cut my skin a few layers deep (I uploaded a photo) and it took him three hours to do my nails. He was fooling around the whole time and that's why he cut me... very unprofessional. I didn't notice how deep my wound was until I went home and cleaned it. Not to mention, he kept asking me for my number and when I said no he even tried to get my friends numbers. I've never had a bad experience at TT nails until this time. I went with my mother, and her nail tech was not very complete, since she didn't spend much time with the massage and did not paint my mother's nails properly. This was my first time coming here and my experience was very disappointing .. The left photo is what I showed the nail tech on how long and the shape I wanted. The right is what she did.. I feel like she didn't follow it she made them short and narrow.. she had to redo a few because she made them too short . Also my middle finger was crooked which really annoyed me.She charged me an extra $5 dollars because she made them "long" .. my nails were not long !! (I put example of what long is..) I went here a few weeks ago and had a terrible experience. I'm not sure if the other nail techs are any better, but I had Lily (I believe that was her name) and she was awful. She made almost every fingernail of mine bleed and told me it was because I don't moisturize... I moisturize every night. The ends of my nails were jagged after my manicure. I think a 5 year old could have applied the polish better than she did. I ended up taking the polish off and filing my own nails when I got home. Waste of $$$. I won't be coming back. If you go, just make sure you request a different nail tech. Also, she kept asking me personal questions in front of the whole nail salon... very uncomfortable. read more

This isn't easy considering that most of the time I come in with my nails bitten and destroyed.
