I waited patiently, seeking relief for a severe allergic rash that was causing pain. I had already been to the regular doctor 4 times, but they said I needed a dermatologist. I got to this clinic and I was rushed in and out within 10 minutes. I didn't even have time to fill out all the paperwork they gave me. Jennifer asked me one question and just "knew" what was wrong. She did a biopsy and sent me on my way. Weeks went by with no word. I ended up having to call the Frontier help center to get my results and it wasn't until I called them that they said the test didn't show anything. Jennifer wrote in my medical profile that I am allergic to my medication and when I saw her she recommended I stop taking it. Turns out it had nothing to do with that and I could have had WAY more complications and pain if I had followed her direction. I would never recommend her to anyone. They care about their patients and their overall health rather than just cosmetologic issues. The location is great, easy for parking and their office is spacious and welcoming. Dr. Rachel Garton and Dr. Brenda Newman are both well trained experts in their field. I have seen both of them on separate occasions. They both are attentive to your needs, listening to the problem and they take the time to really examine you and find the best solution. Even despite being doctors they will call you to clarify prescription refills or even see how you are doing. This kind of humble kindness cannot be found anywhere. It helps that their expertise has really improved my dermatologic problems over the years. I would not go anywhere else. Their staff is also so kind and helpful and even their billing staff will work with you to help figure out issues. If you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable dermatologist you should definitely call and make an appointment. They are the best!
