I went today and ended up upgrading to a 90min deep tissue massage and Shanna went to town. It was the most painful yet wonderful massage I have had yet. As they say, no pain no gain. We finished our conversation and he left the room where I was then told by the assistant he never gives patients that much attention, it should've been $150 appointment, and the office was now 20 minutes behind schedule with all of their appointments because of me. I was in so much shock that someone was that rude to me for my first dermatology appointment ever and don't feel comfortable going back to this office.
