She is thorough and puts in the effort from start to finish. I started seeing her when the mask mandated ended, as I was worried that my skin was showing signs of neglect (from a few years with now facialist) and aging. I go every 1-1.5 mo. now, and I see a difference in the texture, and the facial massages help with lifting. I almost always book the Elevated Resurfacing Facial. I receive compliments all of the time about how nice my skin is, how much younger I look than my age. Well this blows. I…read moreoriginally bought a Groupon for a body scrub and it was going to expire in a few days. So I reached out and scheduled an appointment for what I thought was a Sunday. Because having a Friday off from work. I automatically thought it was a Saturday, when I asked Kat do you have anything for tomorrow assuming it was for Sunday. My bad. I text her the night of and let her know of my mixup and apologized. She did have a later appointment but I wasn't sure if I would make it. There was a lot of back and forth but Kat was beyond accommodating and sincere. She assured me that she would still honor my Groupon past the expiration date but she would have to mark it as "re-deemed" fair enough. She even wrote on an index card I had a scrub credit and provided me with a picture of it. Fast forward to today. I had text her on 11/18 to see if she would be open the day after Thanksgiving. She said yes, so I asked what time she had available and that I would be free all day. She gave me a 11:30am time slot. Done. So I thought...Nope, I get a call today Wednesday 11/23 @ 11:40am asking me where I'm at. Huh? My appointment is on Friday with you, she says "no it's not". Um I for sure didn't schedule a scrub while working. Looking at the txt I asked for 11/26 but not paying attention to Kat's text where she wrote "see you on 11/23 @ 11:30" and me just texting back "Thank You". Anyways, what sealed the deal was when she said, "well just come on Friday, what time do you want to come, ok come at 11:30am then, so we can be done with this". With a bunch of other rude "mumbling under her breath". Sorry, I'll eat up the Groupon you already redeemed and save both of us the headache.
