This is a no frills massage spa. First of all they respond quickly which is refreshing. My massage therapist was nice and was able to work out some of my trouble spots successfully. If you need a basic good massage then this is the place for you. I encourage you to view their facility on you tube. I was on the first floor. If you're looking for a zen vibe or more of a spa atmosphere then there other places for that. Keep in mind you get what you pay for and often the spas with extra frills charge a lot more. Hands down the best massage I have ever had! My husband and I had a couples massage by Autumn & Tara for our honeymoon visit. We wish we didn't leave the day after the massage or we would have come back everyday of our trip (my husband even wished we could go for a second massage). Upon arrival they ask if there are any areas that you would like them to work on and any areas you wish they would avoid. Excellent atmosphere, lots of little details they think of and take care of such as covering your eyes when you are face up, face mist, hot towel foot scrub at the end, and great communication! Absolutely amazing. Started off with a spa Pedicure with Marissa. My feet were in dire need of attention and Marissa was wonderful. Then my husband and I went back later for a couples massage. I had a deep tissue with Sunny and my husband had a Serenity massage with Blair. Sunny's hands are magical. I have problem areas in my legs and she got in there and worked them out. I was almost in tears, but it was needed and I feel fantastic afterwards. She started the massage face up with an amazing face and scalp massage. My husband said his massage was excellent. As an avid pursuer of massage, I must say I had one of the best massages I've ever had, today. My boyfriend and I were in agreement about the massages we received as we continued a discussion about it on our way to an early dinner. My masseuse was very knowledgeable, he removed several old knots around my traps, loosened up my sacrum area and removed calcium build up and drainage blockage allowing for better blood circulation. This was the best massage that I have ever had! This says a lot since I frequent the Ritz, the Four Seasons and other good masseuses at home. Right away, I was greeted by a friendly person and told to make myself at home in the room. The table itself had memory foam and super comfortable. I actually fell asleep before the masseuse got there. I asked for a relaxing massage, as I didn't want to be sore from a deep tissue massage. I was here in Maui to distress. I had Kamram. Right away he said I was full of knots and he could tell I was super stressed. He asked if he could work on it and I had to breath through most of it. Not quite relaxing. But, after he got rid of the knots, he went on with the relaxing strokes. But, here is the kicker... the next day, no pain! I don't think I've ever had a massage that worked my muscles and didn't feel sore the next day! Nothing! In fact, I feel great! He was very knowledgeable about all my trigger points, muscles, and what affected different parts of my body. I had mentioned that I had a tingling sensation on my fingers and so he worked on the muscles that affected that. Tingling, gone! Highly recommend this place! read more

I had the relaxation massage. They massage your booty,head and face too. Your entire body so if you feel weird just let em know. The booty, face massage was new to us. They make sure your ok through the entire process. It's a very small place but has everything you need for a perfect massage which is all that matters. We were feeling so much better when we left. My masseuse was Sunny for a deep tissue massage (90 mins) and my husband had Aoi (90 min serenity massage). When I've taken him for a massage in the past he hasn't had great experiences. We had a couples massage with Sonny and Poon and loved it! My husband had Poon with a swedish massage and said it was so relaxing and fell asleep a couple of times. Poon had good pressure and made him relax throughout the session. My massage therapist was Sonny and she was amazing with her deep pressure in all the right places. I usually request a male massage therapist for strong pressure but Sonny did not disappoint. She concetrated on my shoulders and arms per my request throughout the session and I fell asleep a couple of times. Kito operates out of Serenity Massage (180 Dickenson St) but has her own listing as she operates on her own within the establishment. Almost all of my massage sessions in the US have not been that great. Kito is on a completely different level when it comes to massages. She is trained as a chiropractor and has received a degree from a professional therapeutic massage school. Her deep tissue massages are so refreshing and relaxing. She conducted a shoulder and neck massage and applied pressure in all the right areas. Prior to my massage session, I have been having trouble with my neck area and 1 session was all it took to restore my neck back to normal. I don't know how you can quantify the value of that. For those who are coming to Lahaina/Maui, I strongly suggest you pay a visit to Kito instead of using expensive hotel spa treatments. First of all, she was a masseuse at Hyatt Maui for several years so you're essentially getting top hotel grade massages for a discount. Second, your chances are stacked against you in finding someone better than her on Maui. With her 15+ year experience with massages, solid credentials, and a fantastic outcome from the session, I give my 5 thumbs up to Kito for her treatment.
