Giving a 2 because the girl that did my nails was in a hurry, kept checking the clock. Several of my fingers were scratched open with the sander and are still sore and swollen two days later. I came in with a group of girls to get our nails done. Unfortunately, the younger worker who does manicures was extremely rough. She made both my sister and me bleed while cutting our cuticles. She also sanded the skin on the side of my sister's finger multiple times. On top of that, both of our nails chipped shortly after. I saw another review mentioning the same issue with the nails chipping, and unfortunately, that was our experience as well. My sister's nail chipped pretty deep, which was pretty painful. I really wanted to have a good experience here, especially since we came as a group, but the rough manicure and the quality of the nails were disappointing. read more

Got a full set - same day the polish chipped and the next day a nail cracked that eventually broke off. Went back to get the nail fixed and polish redone but was met with horrible, rude employees. The nail that was "fixed" came out worse than when I went in, it was crooked. The polish wasn't even completely dried despite the employee saying it was and sending me on my way, polish was already smudged in the car outside of the salon. I currently now have two broken nails, a crooked nail and chipped polish. I will have to spend more money to get re-done elsewhere. Worst service and set ever. read more

Beware...worst gel pedicure I have ever had...lost full toenail of polish the very next day (fell off on it's own) and lost a toenail of polish each subsequent day! What made it worse, I contacted them with pictures so they could make it right (in even a small way) and I was ghosted. Desperately needed to get a pedicure. After doing some research on yelp, i chose to come to this place based on the reviews. There were two ladies there, one young one older. They were nice but the tools were def NOT sanitized. Everything was old-- the nail file was literally half peeled off. I asked for the basic pedicure but after painting one foot, the older lady said there's not enough polish. Had to redo it all.. Then I asked for two flowers so the young lady helped. Wasn't what I wanted but I guess it looked ok. Then I was charged double what the basic pedicure price was.. i think it said $37 but I was charged $67, not including tip.
