They were nice but the tools were def NOT sanitized. Everything was old-- the nail file was literally half peeled off. I asked for the basic pedicure but after painting one foot, the older lady said there's not enough polish. Had to redo it all.. Then I asked for two flowers so the young lady helped. Wasn't what I wanted but I guess it looked ok. Then I was charged double what the basic pedicure price was.. i think it said $37 but I was charged $67, not including tip. I was greeted warmly and despite being busy they got right to me. Everyone was so nice, the place was clean, prices are super reasonable, they did a great job. Went here based on the raving reviews! But we didn't get the same experience. My daughter and I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure since we couldn't get it done before we left for vacation. We picked up a flyer when we had dinner at Miso Phats and called the next morning to make an appt. On their price list they listed Mani/Pedi combo for $50 and in parenthesis says (upgrade $15 for gel). So we went in on the premises that we could upgrade to gel making the cost $65 to do both services. During our visit - the girl that did my nails was super rushing me to get done. I didn't get a leg and foot massage and a hot towel like my daughter did - we assumed I was gonna get that after she put the nail polish on since my daughter and I got the same color....but no. They also thought we were locals so upon hearing that we weren't - when we were ready to pay - they said our services was $90/each!!!! I brought up their pricing and one of the girls snipped at me and said "that's not how it works!". I didn't want to argue so I paid and gave them a generous tip which I now regret giving!! Ugh!! Also, my daughter asked to get acrylics done and the guy (who was in charge of the schedule) was sitting outside hanging out and said he didn't have time to do it...but in the span of the time we were there - he could've gotten it done! He also turned away a few walk in customers - and again in the span of time we were there the guy could've gotten it done. Just not impressed with this place. The young girl tells me to pick out my color for French dip with white tips. She proceeds to tell me they have no white powder and I have to pick my pink color from the color wheel! I don't know what color it is. I've been having my nails done fair 3O+ years and have never picked a pink color from a wheel. Then she proceeds to tell me that she wants to do acrylic and paint on the white. I decline having my nails done, obviously she has no idea what she is doing. So I get a Deluxe pedicure figuring that's safe. She did NOT EXFOLIATE my feet at all, which is part of a Deluxe Pedicure. She doesn't even know what her own services detail! I recommend going somewhere else. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The older woman knows I get my nails done and I sit next to her station while getting them done by Anna. Asked for her help.
