Well, Lilly has lied to us and is not licensed nor know anything about massages. On top of lying over the phone, to my face and right in my eyes, in my home, as I explained to her my concerns. Long story short, I stopped my 1 hour massage, 10 minutes in because of pain caused by someone who who has the indecency to lie to me in my own house and put me at risk. My girlfriend has been trying to workout a refund but has been getting the run around for 2 weeks. All we wanted AFTER she emailed a fake certificate and have her on video in my house admitting to lying. She only came over when my girlfriend wanted some other services she isn't licensed to do, at that time my girlfriend confronted her Nicely and she admitted lying.
