I've called Sergio twice in the last few years, for washing machine and dishwasher repair. I'm moderately handy but both of these were beyond me. The washing machine was a front loader with bad bearings. He walked me through options and we settled on replacement for a nominal fee for his time. I had tried a few things with the dishwasher over a few days until I finally lost patience. Sergio was able to find the problem in less than 15 minutes, and fix it in an hour after a quick run for a part, for a VERY reasonable fee. We were very pleased with the service we received from Sergio. Our oven was not heating. My husband called and left a message on a Saturday. Even though his business was closed for the weekend, Sergio returned the call on Saturday and, when unable to reach us, on Sunday, to arrange an appointment for early in the week. He performed a thorough diagnosis, left to buy the requisite part (but did not charge us for his drive time), and expertly repaired the oven.
