I'll probably stay here forever and recommend them to everyone. The office is clean, upscale, the fountain is my favorite, honest, and they never try to upsell unnecessary treatments. They simply take care of you. Everyone on the staff is incredibly kind, gentle, and patient, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who gets nervous about dental visits. What really stands out is how much they genuinely care about their patients. They've even given my teenage boys life advice during visits. You're not just a number here--they truly get to know you. If you ever have to wait for a specialist, it's because some travel in from out of state. I've always appreciated their transparency and patience with scheduling. In the past 8 months, I've had three fillings, a root canal (with a referral), and a completed repair with Dr. Mola. I also go in every three months for cleanings to stay on track, even though my insurance only covers two per year. We were not able to show up to our appointment because my grandma had passed away, and were still told that we need to pay the fee of missing an appointment. As a low income mother, who is definitely trying her best, I can't help but not want to show my face around after the intense feeling of owing charges for not showing up and I understand why that policy is implemented, but life has crisis and I wish that empathy was there. On top of that, my fiance shares with me that the staff told him about my dental health and what I had going on, I am upset that my private info was shared regardless if he's my fiance or not, I want to say that is possibly a violation of HIPAA, I really do love it here, my fiance loves it here, and other than that I would not have anything bad to say about this

The exam was thorough and Dr. Ryan Woo was the FIRST to say he could save teeth vs. remove them. His friendly spirit and non-judgmental attitude was a HUGE plus! The staff is always welcoming and truly makes you feel like family. It's clear that their top priority is their patients' health - they really advocate for you and take the time to provide quality care. We did try other dentists for about a year because of the commute from Livermore to San Leandro, but nothing compared to the service and quality we get here. My 7-year-old daughter actually enjoys going - she feels safe and comfortable every visit, which says a lot. The receptionist said they called and I did get a call but I was behind the wheel. They didn't even bother to call more than one time and didn't leave a message. What ever number they used was the not the number listed on the yelp page. The weather was raining cats and dogs and parking is a nightmare. I rescheduled but not looking forward to it. I recommend getting better receptionist that has common sense. If their canceling sooner, try to call more than once cause the patient is driving to the destination.

First, he could not explain a procedure that I wanted more detail about. He didn't give me enough pain medication, felt the drill a few times and when I told him ... he said that's just my gums! (Excuse me, but is there a separate charge to get those numbed too )... his standard response was "thank you for your patience", but he just kept saying it like a bot ... like he was programmed to say that, but not to take a beat to see if there were concerns ... when there were concerns he just rushed right past them ... he was way to rough! He barely gave his assistant, Frieda (who I loved), enough time to suction me ... while the saliva and tooth particles kept sliding down my throat ... and one time I started gagging and almost as soon as Frieda tried to suction my mouth he says lay back and open your mouth ... but the kicker was when he was about to tell Frieda to go ahead and go to lunch that he could do the rest by himself ... in the middle of the procedure! She said "I'm fine staying", because she could see how anxious that made me ... but he instead began to insist that she go! When I said I preferred that she stayed, he started arguing with me saying that is the way it's done and at 12p they go to lunch ... to which I responded that he shouldn't have started the procedure if he didn't have enough time, and that arguing with me in the middle of the procedure made me nervous. She, thankfully, stayed ... but i DO NOT see how he could have managed alone, given the amount of assistance that was needed moving forward. I could not wait to get out of that chair! He kept saying that everything looked good as he finished ... and sitting here, 2 hours after the procedure ... I know that isn't true! I can still feel the rough, messy bonding that he did, gripping to the side of my tooth, and feels like he may have nicked the side of my tongue with his drill! I'm not saying that you should not give that dental office a try ... just don't use him ... just don't!

Within a week of me contacting Tracy at the front desk they had mailed me a new set! I was pleasantly surprised that they still had scans of my retainer years after I finished my treatment and didn't have to go in to get new scans done! Tracy was on top of it !!! She kept me updated throughout the week and called me immediately after my retainer was delivered to make sure I received them and they still fit! The veneers are not straight, and the teeth under the veneers hurt. Therefore, the veneers have to be replaced, despite Dr Allea Torres telling us that the veneers will hold up for at least 10 years. The procedure itself was very painful, but that might just be the poor quality of American healthcare (we are from Europe, and we prefer to travel there to take care of our medical needs). Also the prices were astronomical. By 2017 standards, $10,000 for 6 veneers was very expensive, which we found out when it was unfortunately too late. In short, we would not recommend getting your veneers done here.
